Freezer came on the date advertised. The delivery guys were efficient and friendly. Customer service called to check with me about 10 min after they left. Freezer is working fine about a month later. No complaints.

I would like to exchange it. I never got cold enough to freeze. The tech says the parts are back ordered. How do I exchange this item?

We ordered this freezer online. The pictures on Home Depot‘s website clearly show the wheels installed. Upon delivery the crew stated they were not told to put on the wheels that they were told to deliver the freezer and go. We had to install the wheels ourselves I’m not sure how Home Depot expects their consumers to accept this lack of service, but we certainly didn’t appreciate it at the last minute.

Freezer is as advertised, good quality, quiet, and well designed. Moves easily with casters.

This was purchased for use for the nonprofit I volunteer at. I had this for just over a year and it died… I lost 120 lasagnas. Called Home Depot, they said it was out of warranty and to call the manufacturer. Called the manufacturer, it was just out of warranty, there was nothing that they could do. A thousand dollars down the drain for the people who gave me the money. It cost me $40 to have the garbageman haul it away. What a disappointment to me and to the families who were waiting on meals

Great freezer with tons of space.

The freezer was supposed to be set up and running. It was not. Called many times about it and finally was told a 53.88 refund would be issued. Wasn’t explained how this number was determined. Wasn’t happy about it but said if that was all you were going to do so be it. Never got it. After many calls with no explanation got the refund. This is ridiculous and I feel like you just took advantage of us. I had to manhandle to get it set up and wheels on. In our 70’s and treated like this!! Really unfortunate and sad.

Works well! Lots of space!! No complaints!!
