I was quite surprised by the size of the freezer. Much bigger than anticipated and delivered in a timely manner. The delivery crew communicated everything we needed to know about our new freezer.

It's a nice freezer like my old Frigidaire, however, it was delivered without enough freon and the freezer wouldn't freeze. I lost a good bit of food until Frigidaire came out and added more freon. Now I'm monitoring the freezer to make sure it doesn't have a freon leak. Frigidaire has been out twice in two weeks.

Delivery Team
I bought this freezer and selected the installation option. When the delivery folks arrived they acted like it was just a “drop” (aka drop off) not an install. They moaned and complained that they only had instructions to drop it off even though I know I selected the install option which was listed as free (and it still shows as free installation in my cart). Home Depot needs to communicate to the delivery company that they are not just delivering and dropping off these appliances if you select that option. The delivery folks try to trick you into giving them money to put your appliance in the house. Dont letbthem bully you. Take a snapshot ofbthe delivery/install option before they show up. In fact snap a oicture of that install option before you ever purchase

Frigidaire 14.8 cu. ft. Manual Defrost Chest Freezer with LED Light has met our expectations. We have been using it since March 21, 2024 and the capacity is perfect for our needs. The build quality is very good and we trust this brand. The delivery was also very good and the folks were very reasonable to deal with and the delivery was on schedule.

HUMONGOUS!
Ok I bought this with another family member but they used their Home Depot card on their account but I am going to put the review here because it's mostly mines..lol. This freezer is the largest one I could find and it it just gorgeous. I LOVE it! I have plenty of time to stock up on all thr things I want to fill it with. Tons of ice creams! I could probly put 2 sides of beef in there as well as all my chicken and pork too! The price was AMAZING as well! I have gone to another similar store I won't name and they act like they don't have time to help you..but Home Depot makes me feel like I am a friend they go out of their way for to help me. I only shop at Home Depot now. I am slowly discovering so many wonderful things here at my local Home Depot that I want for my house as well as the houses I want to sell in real estate.
