Great material that's easy to use and works great.

Good product…but waaaay overpriced!!!! I purchased it because it was the only thing close to what I needed to use on a flat roof to patch a few holes caused by golf balls.

Sealed quickly. Though, applying it wasnt as smooth as other silicones used in the past.

Thick - you trowel it on. Forget the brush except for final smoothing and you better hurry. Put on a RV fiberglass roof.

A gallon of silicone putty you can trowel on. Under my cooler, which is upslope of a near flat roof on the north side. After cutting away they layers of saturated acrylic and wire wheeling the steel, I layed on the Henry's. I have total confidence in the repair with this. Water-based products just can't handle being constantly wet from rain, dew, and snow. Of course you'll have to coat your roof in Henry's silicone after using this patch, but that stuff is amazing as well.

I tried Henry 885 on my metal patio roof and the results were fantastic. Previously tried a roofing caulk and that stuff that makes a boat with holes float. Neither worked for long. Henry 885 has stopped every leak the roof had.

Excellent material for flat roofing repair. Expensive but Worth the price.

Only feedback I can share and why I gave it 4 stars. It was hard to spread across the panels on top of the roof. It dried out very fast as I did not use it all at once. I found the tubes to work better leave it in the sun for a little bit and it flows a lot better.

I returned the product to the store because I openned The product and he was like a mastick I tried to paint and did not work I went back to the store and with the commis we openned 5 differents gallons and they were all the same After that I went to the Home Depot on forum blvd Fort Myers and I did verification of the product and there were the same date and not liquid to paint The guy said that the product was pass date The Henry s customer service dept said that the product is good for maximun 2 years and all the products that I did vérification was close of 2 tears Thanks

Difficult to apply possibly old product

I spent so much money trying to stop my 30 yr old camper roof from leaking. Then I finally tried this stuff and it's the best product I have ever used hands down. My roof hasn't leaked in over 3 yrs .

Strange you asked about this product and not the other one Henry887 5 gallon drum. Henry Tropi Cool worked well. The 5 gallon drum Henry887 was faulty. It peeled right off the roof. We bagged the product that peeled from the roof and need to return it for a refund. The formula is missing something for the product to fail. We saved half of the product in the drum for inspection. We used this product Henry887 before with no problem. The Henry887 is faulty. When we went to look for more product of Henry887 two weeks ago they had all been pulled from the shelves in the County. There was no explanation from Customers service except there was no Henry887 to be had.

Product is awesome to cover or seal any types of cracks or holes on any type of materials.

I used this to seal a wall which abuts a roof deck, where water was pooling and leaking into the house. It is very thick and doesn't cover very far, but made a beautiful seal that blocked the rain.

Great product! Easy to use. My wife and I applied to the metal roof of our RV. Went on easily and we did 2 coats. Looks really great and covered everything.
