Do not buy this vanity
Sink fell down after 7 months. Called customer service and was told to reattach with silicone adhesive. The problem is the support clamps also detached from the vanity top. The support clamps are only epoxied to the top. I’m not sure I could fix this., ., huge project!!! Re-attach with silicone indeed ., what poor customer service ., this is supposed to have a 1 year warranty ., I’m calling them back ., but don’t buy this vanity !!

    Please do not buy this product. Its not even year I boight this product abd its sink just got detached and fell down. We dont use this vanity often .

      Overall the vanity looks very good but it was severely cracked on the left front at the bottom on the molding just above the leg. I don’t know if the delivery people did it when they put the legs on or if it came that way. The box was not damaged. I reported it to the delivery service with a photo but have not heard back, unfortunately I had already signed off on the delivery. The entire process was not good. I was notified that it would arrive a week early and kept waiting around for a delivery that never came. Then Home Depot canceled the order because they shipped it to the wrong state. Had to start all over again. Then they did not deliver on the promised date but 3 days later. The installer (very good) patched the damage and will paint the wood putty later. With all the problems with the Oder being cancelled and delivery issues I did not wish to have it taken back and hope another one would be perfect.

      This cabinet was ruined by a sink water leak.
      Overall, the new vanity looked good. The drawers do not glide smoothly and they should. Then I had an unknown water leak inside the cabinet for hours. When I discovered it, the whole cabinet was ruined. Extremely disappointed. This vanity is made of compressed wood/composite.The drawers and cabinets swelled and were ruined.Considering this is a sink vanity, it should have been made to be water resistant more. Now I have to spend another $1000 replacing this.

        Marble top chipped
        Marble topped was chopped when delivered. I reached out to customer service. The product could not be replaced because customer service said the exact same vanity I got is not available anymore. They also said it can’t be fixed only replaced. What options do I have? They didn’t care. The most money they gave was $150 (15%) of the value I paid. Wouldn’t recommend.

            Faulty Product
            After less than 2 years from the purchase and installation the sink came unattached and nearly caused a flood in our bathroom. Would not recommend as the manufacture stated they would help cover the cost of a plumber to repeat the same process of using adhesive. This didnt hold the first time why would we do it again ! For the price i do not recommend this product.

              For the price, you can do better
              The Sonoma 60 x 32 inch rectangular vanity mirror is a nice, plain, traditional mirror. For the price, though, you can do better. It's not solid wood--which does allow for a nice smooth paint finish, but may not hold up over time. One of the mitered corners in our mirror has a crack in it already. In a humid bathroom it might get worse. We ended up using the mirror as a full-size mirror in our basement exercise area. For our bathroom, we ended up using Home Depot's Pegasus 48 in. W x 31 in. H Rectangular Aluminum Medicine Cabinet with Mirror. The extra storage is well worth it.

              It is a basic mirror.... but a nice color.... has really really great hanging hardware in back....that makes it a dream to hang. Came undamaged and well packaged! I did find the surface really "held on to finger prints" or something caused the paint to be a bit weird..... I am assuming it will clean up. Simple, basic, clean look.... I like it. Looks great in a small bathroom.... or put 2 in...one over each sink. Nice mirror for a small entry way too..

              The vanity looks great and replaced a smaller one with no drawers. I like the soft close drawers and the beautiful marble top. I needed one with an offset sink with plumbing to the right and this was the one. The 4”splash looks great. I picked the waterfall faucet which added that sophisticated look. The plumbing hooked right up with one added extension.

                    Looks nice but doesn’t hold up
                    We have had this about 2 years now & the finish is chipping away. We take good care of our things so it’s not due to abuse. Sink stopper often wont go down & when it does, it wont release/open without pressing on it multiple times. Today we had the same issue & as I pushed down on it the entire sink collapsed, dumping a full sink full of water inside the vanity & all over the floor. Looks like they neglected to put the braces all the way around the sink & used a basic silicone to secure it.

                        Broken
                        I ordered four of these, and when they arrived they were busted up. Missing legs. Etc. delivery said I could not refuse them I’d have to call Home Depot. Home Depot said they could not take them back because they’re “special ordered” not in store.

                            We have had this for one year, the paint is coming off of this press board peice of crap. The paint job is horrible, and it sucks I've wasted 900 dollars on this garbage vanity. It's ment for bathrooms, it should be holding up. How is it they are getting away with selling this product when you can't wash your hands in it without ruining it. Thanks for waisting my money and time putting in my bathroom. This needs to be taken off the website. How they are scamming people out of $1600 is pathetic.

                              I had to buy it 3 times and cancel
                              I bought this product 3 times and returned it because it came with a broken marble top the service was terrible I still have one in my doorway waiting to be picked up since about 3 or 4 weeks if you need a 72" vanity buy it elsewhere I have been on the phone trying to return it without success

                                Just wanted to add yet one more cautionary review for anyone thinking about buying this vanity. I thought this was a high-quality investment — and instead I am scrambling at the holidays to get it replaced after just a few years of very light use in a guest bathroom. So disappointing.

                                  sink detached after 6 months
                                  I don’t recommend buying this. We’ve had it six months and have used it very little, but still the heavy sink detached from it. The little brackets the were glued to undersodenof countertop and tightened around the lip/edge of umderside if sink peeled off on their own. Had to pay somebody to Jimmy Rigg a temporary solution until I can get some help from either Home Depot or Sonoma company. Talk about low quality. Doesn’t really matter that it looks nice if the thing won’t stay intact (after six months). Do not need this headache.

                                    Arrived damaged
                                    Just bought this vanity for our bathroom and it arrived damaged. The paint on the vanity is already chipped and there are cracks. Drawers do not line up and as a result don’t close. Very poor quality.

                                      Do not buy! It disintegrated before our eyes!
                                      This is the story about a beautiful bathroom addition - an amazing bathroom with a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and vanity. All of its beauty was taken away by one simple thing - Home Depot's double sink vanity. At first we loved the vanity cabinet and people would comment on how nice it looked. Unfortunately we were only able to enjoy our new bathroom for 8 months. Not 8 years - 8 MONTHS!!! The cabinet material (whatever it is, it is not wood) began to peel away and fall apart due to moisture. That's right - MOISTURE!! An expensive double sink vanity cabinet designed for a bathroom was literally disintegrating before our very eyes! Now we have an amazing bathroom that we cannot show off or enjoy because Home Depot's vanity cheapens the whole room. The builder reached out and Home Depot only offered a couple of hundred dollars to fix the vanity. After reading all of the reviews, and talking to some contractors, we decided a "band-aid" repair wasn't going to work because it was going to continue to implode. But Home Depot will not refund the money because the warranty goes from one year of purchase and not one year of installation. So that is why we only got to enjoy our bathroom for 8 months! DO NOT BUY THIS VANITY!!!
