After 21 years of truly enjoying our previous KitchenAid oven, cooktop and micro we did some updating and just replaced all three with KitchenAid appliances again!

Had a kitchen remodel and I love the looks white and stainless steel. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. Now if I can only get my new refrigerator, my kitchen will be complete!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeled kitchen in our fixer upper after downsizing. We had a Kitchen Aid microwave/convection oven in our old house that wired great for years! This new one has more features and is quieter than the old one. Great for holidays when you need that extra oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the looks and features of this microwave. However, in my opinion, it's lacking in two areas. 1) The fan is supposed to have 6 speeds. The first hit of the fan button is high (like a jet engine) and the other 5 clicks don't change the speed at all, it just stays on high. Also you have to hit the button 5 times to cycle through the speeds to turn it off. Very annoying. 2) You cannot see the keypad in the dark since the buttons are not backlit. Also very annoying. I just think for the price of this unit, these two things should have been better designed. The convection portion of the oven works great and all the preset settings on the microwave are great. It's relatively quiet while cooking as well which is a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with the Microware although it took a bit of getting used to how much bigger it is than our old one. It also took us a bit of patience to learn the functions and we love how it cooks pasta. However, I was surprised how long it takes the convections oven to preheat. But overall, we love the microware and find it extremely useful having a second oven. It was pricey for our kitchen, but would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when purchasing the entire Kitchenaid package to replace our older appliances. Thinking the convection oven in it would be convenient for my husband I now realize that since my stove/oven also gas convection I really didn’t need it in 2 appliances as the microwave states to heat up as does an oven. This also makes the microwave oven larger and the controls on the bottom of the oven look great but makes the opening of the door much wider than most ovens. Just something to think about when purchasing appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I realize ALL the features are begging to be used! I go to reheat coffee, & I can feel the disappointment staring back at me. I realize I’m subjecting this modern marvel to being a fancy heater, not the creative cuisine machine for which it could take a bow. It’s revved up & ready to demonstrate all the ingenuity put into it. This three day weekend, stand back, I’m gonna make it smile at me from the inside, as well as it can from the outside even when it’s not in use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice microwave. Just wish the buttons were more sensitive when I touch them. Sometimes I have to hit a button twice for it to register. Since the whole front panel and controls opens up as the door, the swing is huge compared to my other microwave where the control panel was on the right, separate from the door. Also, I wish that I could choose the night light setting when programming the light to come on automatically. Right now, it defaults on to the brightest setting, and if I manually change it to the night light, it cancels the light programming and doesn't turn off. Kind of annoying. Also, I would have liked a fan on/off button with a separate button for fan speeds instead of it always coming on full and having to keep pressing button to lower the fan. Since the buttons aren't that sensitive I have to hit the button a bunch of times more, just to get the fan to a lower setting. First-world problems, obviously. Other than that, it's a good microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and so far it has been great. Beautiful design and it is so quiet you hardly know it’s running. The six speed exhaust fan is also very quiet compared to our old microwave. It has tons of preprogrammed settings for cooking and the 10 year warranty is nice. Overall very pleased.

This was purchased as a set with range, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. EVERY UNIT has had to be serviced multiple times. This unit just once but since the original problem is reoccurring it will need another service call. This microwave suddenly stopped working. The service tech told us to always let cook time run out or it can befuddle them system if you simply stop cooking by opening door (never had that a problem in the probably 5 microwaves I’ve owned previously) Now it’s not working consistently again. Service call #2 coming. Never realize how important having a microwave is UNTIL YOU HAVE ONE THAT WILL NOT WORK!

Owned and used this microwave for about 6 months. Our main consideration was simply aesthetic and also it's fan hood vent. It does deliver on the appearance, it looks really great. Cooking seems great, we've never used it for anything but just normal microwave heating and for that I give it high marks. We worried about the keypad being on the glass but it seems to stay very clean, sometimes the buttons take two presses but its fine. Now the bad, this is our over the stove vent/hood so we searched and picked it because it claimed lots of fan settings, way more than others. We wanted a fan that could easily be used to vent the gas cooktop. Take a look at the video link to see and hear how this functions. The fan is strong but the sound is a terrible droning noise that really grates on your nerves if left on for longer cooking. Really nerve racking! The other big one is how many times you have to push that fan button to adjust the setting and turn it off. 7 button pushes to turn off the fan, 7! Its like no one actually ever tried this as they developed this product. Again, just to turn off the fan you have to hit the button perfectly 7 times to get it to shut off. It gets really annoying. Even my wife hates it and she doesn't usually care about those small things. The other consideration is the very wide door. Interestingly its what makes the appearance great but you'll hit yourself in the face a few times because it is so wide, you've been warned. We were not able to try the microwave in a store beforehand. And we paid about twice as much as the going price just to get the looks we wanted. Kitchenaid could do much better on functionality for the price.

It usually takes me weeks to figure out how to use something new but this microwave is intuitive. I watched one YouTube video which was helpful.

I bought. this microwave about 3 years ago and I absolutely love it!! I'm currently having a problem with it turning on. The light won't even come on . I get these message and nothing! Help

The room inside is amazing since the control features are on the bottom instead of side of handle. I haven’t used all features yet but enjoy just selecting steam veggies and most of them come up start and your done. I used the convection couple of times cooking smaller quantities and works beautifully without turning on the oven great for heating bread & pizza nice & crispy. It also looks beautiful just love it! Very quiet also. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to purchasing Kitchen Aide stove next hoping to get with air fryer

The exhaust hood is powerful and will come on automatically if there is too much heat coming from the range. It is large and powerful. The lighting is bright and perfect. I still gave it 5 stars even though you have to push the vent button repeatedly to eventually turn it off. Could have been designed with an off button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a very nice over the range microwave/convection oven , the venting is way better than what I had before, the microwave function is super quiet. I love the look of this oven, so far everything I've microwaved has come out perfect ! I haven't used the convection feature yet, I'm still reading up on it to find out if I can use a metal baking /roasting dish in convection mode. what I need to know is if while in convection mode.....does the oven also use microwave in concert with convection . ? I was also able to use my original mounting plate from my whirlpool gold microwave that this replaced !! , perfect pit, same venting just had to align the vent motor and that was a piece of cake . I love this microwave, very happy with the purchase !!

The Quality is immediatelly noticeable, I purchased it one week ago and have used all the features from regular, to Reheat, Steam and Bake. It is easy to understand and easy to use.
