You discovered there are some differences in flush valve systems and that toilets sizes can vary. An easy reference is to look at the size of the flush valve drain opening in the bottom of the tank. If it’s about the size of an orange or baseball, you need a 2 inch seal. If it looks more like the size of a grapefruit or softball, you need a jumbo 3 inch seal. Let us help you get that fixed! Great product. Easy to install. Works much better than old ball float type. I've had other Korky products and this product falls right in line with the quality of all the other items. I've only had this particular product for a few days, but I expect it to last years.

fills quietly and quickly, but my toilet also has a...
fills quietly and quickly, but my toilet also has a small tank to bowl leak (overflow tube seal) but when the level dips below the float on this flapper it does not refill until the next flush...which means if the level has dipped that flush really won't have much behind it.

I've used these replacement kits for years now. They are easy to adjust the proper height to overfill tube level, and seem to work flawlessly until a piece of sand or grit works it way to the upper diaphragm. I have had wonderful customer service help in fixing any problems that arise.
