I don’t need any extra features, just a simple model to get our clothes dry. This model is perfect, easy to use and our clothes come out dry every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In this age of fancy-schmancy washers and dryers, this model is a breath of fresh air! Simplicity was the selling point for me on this model. Other dryer models have so many functions and features that I would most likely never use at all. On this model, there are no display screens to go bad or malfunction. No complicated settings to figure out. If you just want a simple honest-to-goodness dryer that does a great job of drying clothes then this model is for you!

Dryer stopped working in 9 days of purchase, this dryer sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer about a month ago and so far so good. We chose this model for it's simplicity. Didn't need 47 dry cycles and lots of lights. Just wanted you get out closer dry. I did have to completely disassemble it to convert it to propane. When I did, I found a couple of spare bolts laying inside. Luckily they didn't seem to go to anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Maytag large capacity front load dryer I have purchased. The first was 21 years ago! Then I had two teenage boys, my husband and I. The large capacity was great for doing large loads! So happy with the performance of the first without a lot of bells and whistles...we purchased our second one to give us a continued great performance. The teenaged boys have grown and gone but I love the capacity for bedding and for just everyday loads of laundry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this a week ago after power surge burned our 7yrs gas dryer. So far great looks like it has more heating power or it is just hot summer weather. One slight issue is the door clip which seems to be on weak side when you open the door it make some weird yanking noise so wonder how long this door will last other small issue is the light it won't turn off after few min or sec you have to close the door shut for the light to be off

Just had the set delivered and so disappointed that it takes more than 2-3 cycle to dry no matter the setting or size of the load. I was told by CS is could be my vent ducts - ugh nope- I only got this because my washer was a front loader and wanted a new top loading one and now I want my old dryer back Nothing was wrong with it and now issue with a brand new dryer that I have to turn on 2-3 times and takes over 3 hours to dry My gas bill will go up - Not sure the issue and why Maytag made a terrible American made unit My last one was Maytag 15 years plus years under her belt and one thermo couple changed 2 years ago Like I said disappointment Photo of my old unit that worked perfect and new set
