This shower head replaced a standard builder quality shower head in the master bath. This one has a much larger surface and therefore, many more water outlets than the one it replaced. The square look gives the shower both an updated look and greater functionality than the original. It is what I would call a “rain” shower head, as the water comes out with less force, but over a much wider area than a smaller, more focused shower head. It arrived undamaged. My brother installed it and I heard no swear words, so, guessing it was easy to install!

Purchased in August 2016. Single handle tub faucet broke in Feb. 2018. A piece inside the handle is made of plastic. Now it just spins. If I want to turn the water on & off I have to use pliers or vice grip. Very disappointed & a plumber I've used before states that there is no way I'll be able to find parts for Price Pfister. The only solution would be to buy again ($149.00) or contact Price Pfister about getting the handle replaced.

I purchased this product in last year. Because I like the design and finish. But I had a problem with the shower faucet handle. After remodeled my bath room. It's only work for about 6 month. Shower faucet handle broken. I have had tried to reach the customer service. But I could not get their response. Shower Faucet Handle, shaft is made of plastic. It's very easy to break. Now I had to put the vise grip over on its before I can get the replacements. Fremont, California.

I purchased this set when remodeling my bathroom. The shower divverter didn't work so I contacted the company and got a different faucet head. Now less than a year later the faucet handle broke. A plastic piece I side the handle shattered.

Right out of the box this set looks and feels great, much better than in the pictures. 64 nozzles distribute the water smoothly from side to side. It is great to know it has a never leak guarantee. I also like that it will save money in the long term . The whole thing looks just great. It comes with full instructions to install including the maintenance to keep it working at is best. To install the valve you might need to use a plumber unless you know how to put it together yourself either way I think it is worth it putting it all together at once.

I just like the look of bronze finish that this Pfister tub and shower faucet has. We are giving one of our bathrooms a make over and we have decided on dark colors for the hardware and this one is perfect. In addition, it's a very high quality faucet and diverter. Besides the color being perfect the style is exactly what I wanted for this bathroom. It is big and bold but not overly so. We'd been thinking about this make over for a while now and when I saw this faucet, I knew it was it. I'm in the process of installation now so I can't give a complete overview of the totally installed unit, but the install of the ceramic disc valve and the arms went smoothly. This unit has all of the modern equipment including the never drip ceramic valve. For the price you won't find a more solid and nicer looking faucet.

Pfister Venturi bath shower set. First off this is not for basic upgrading to newer technologies valves and finish. The caveat is if you already have a PFister ox8 valve installed in your wall . I’m betting most don’t. So with that in mind this is a new install set you will need access behind the shower wall to install the 0X8 pressure balancing valve. All the materials of of good quality, nice finish sturdy feel. Comes with good instructions though I would consider this an advanced Do it your self project. If your tackling this on your own do lots of planning as this kit comes with the basics for a standard install. They do make lots of optional not included parts to make this work for thicker walls quick connects etc. overall a very nice set for a remodel or new build. The finish and feel are very good.

My initial impressions of the Venturi single handle tub and shower faucet in Tuscan Bronze by Price Pfister is that it is a beautifully design set. The tub faucet has a ribbon type stream and the shower head is a raincan style. I do have a concern regarding the showerhead. The face plate is metal and the back half is plastic. I am not sure of the lifespan, but only time will tell. I did expect all metal for the pricepoint from Price Pfister.

My PFISTER VENURI single-handle 1-spray tub and shower faucet in tuscan bronze is a beautiful faucet. I can not wait to get this installed in my new coming home. The shower head is quite large with 64 spray nozzles for a rain spray effect. This comes with a ceramic disc valve with a never leak guarantee ,wow. I like the quick trim wall flange that eliminates exposed screws and looks great. I would have to say the spout is quite heavy and very solid with a great style.

Assembled and installed by a contractor so I don't know about the installation, however the Tub and Shower faucet look lovely and the shower is a gentle rain that falls. A very soothing feeling while showering - I really like the scald protection that you are able to control in the handle.

My Venturi shower leaks constantly from the shower head, and I can’t find a replacement valve cartridge that fits.

The tub spout was broken and had to reorder a new one. Now I’m having an issue with it fitting. Should have bought Moen or Delta.

We bought this Pfister shower tub and faucet for our bathroom remodel. The look and color were a perfect match for what we wanted. Within 6 months, the black finish was peeling off. Now it looks horrible. I am very disappointed that I trusted this brand thinking it would last. Big mistake. Now I will have to pay another Plummer to come and replace this eye sore. Why can’t products be made to last anymore? I do not recommend and will probably never buy this brand again.

Never seen such a substandard quality Item which has functioned way below wha is expected for even such cheaply (overseas/over the border) made item. I realize due to the over abundance of cheaply made goods everywhere, and knowing that such items are.made by cheaply hired labor force who are probably just hired from the street, but still... The faucet handle just made a snap sound this morning, subsequently handle now just rotates around loosely, without producing water. Item purchased 1/22.

Shower faucet does not work. Just got it installed in a newly remodeled bathroom. 2nd use and the shower faucet will not stay up. Super expensive to have this type of issue’s.

Shower diverter doesn’t work. Went onto website and found many complaints. They are shipping a replacement part, but it’s disappointing to pay over 200 bucks and it doesn’t even work right.

Love the look. Put the paint started to peel off and had to return.

I bought this 2years ago and had to change the diverted 2 times already.I am disgusted to say the least.

Terrible product! The diverter doesn't work properly and water comes from both the shower head and faucet. I have only had it for 5 days of operation and unfortunately, I threw away my receipt thinking that Pfister made a good quality product that I wouldn't even have to think about returning it. Now I'm stuck with paying a plumber to install a new faucet which I need to buy. I will never buy Pfister product again

This product looks nice! However, right out of the box the shower diverter did not work. Looks like by the the reviews this is a common problem. I wish l had read the reviews before buying this. Now my plumber has to take this off a second time for me to return this. I am going with a different brand. This has been a real disasterous disappointment. Not to mention a waste of time and money.
