Didn’t work to unclog a bathroom sink drain because it didn’t have enough power.

this is a good tool and ez to use, best for smaller drains.

Would not clear the clog, but instead was flimsy and just rotated without spinning the line

The handle broke with in 15 mins of using it. It was hard to wheel back in. Had to force feed it back in.

Worked Grrreat!!! Recommended

It didn't work had to get a plumber to come out to fix it had it less than a week

It was useless.. Could not fit through my kitchen sink drain.

Save your money. It’s total garbage and you can’t return it if it doesn’t work. Mine didn’t.

Bought March 12, 2024 , worked great, better quality than the cheaper one. Don't buy a power auger, this one allows you to go by feel , you can't damage anything

It worked okay but when we finished and tried to wind it back up, it wouldn't automatically so we had to hand feed it back up. Don't know if it will work next time.

I had a plugged drain not able to use anything in my house. I live an hour away from Homedepot and made the trip to buy this (2hr round trip). Got home opened up the cleanout on the septic, and the RIDGID Auger did not work at all. Brand new off the shelf it was broken. Huge waste of my time and money. I would not buy this junk. Moving forward, test anything you buy before leaving homedepot.

The handle came out and it was so hard to keep using it I don't recommend it.

Bought this product and it did not spring out beyond 4 inches. My father and I eatched video ls on it. It may be just this unit. Will return.

It was not easy to use and then I could not get it to roll back up. I am not happy with this purchase.

This tool was extremely useful to unclog my bathroom sink. It was easy to use and solved my clogged sink.
