First of all, it’s hard to use. Unlike other snakes that I’ve used, there is no lock on the wire part, instead you have to hold down the trigger part while trying to turn the handle. Secondly, it says that it won’t kink, but that’s just a blatant lie. Mine definitely kinks. Lastly, it just doesn’t seem to work well. Turning in reverse, doesn’t seem to bring back the wire part, I just have to pull on it. Such a waste of money.

This unit worked well on my kitchen sink drain.I remove the trap and ran it down the line to reach the clog.

Worst design of any auger. Uncomfortable useless grip. Don't buy this model.

After a few uses, the coils on the inside of the casing got all tangled and caught, so the snake can only extend about 5 feet or so. Not sure if I got a bad snake or if this typically happens.

We have an old house and tends to have backups more than usual, while I would have liked a more expensive one, This definitely did the job.

Worked exactly as I thought it would. Took care of a stubborn blockage that nothing else worked.

There are no instructions to reset the cable inside the housing after it gets tangled, which it almost immediately does.

A good small drain snake with a nice method of using the hand grip to help push the snake forward through the drain.

This drain cleaning snake is very awkward to handle and would need two people. when you're in such a small space it's not possible.

Hard to control device and if snake hangs it feeds out unneeded cable.

It is a bottom of the line home owner level unit. It does not automatically feed or retract by design. If you notice, that is what all the gripes are about. Watch a video or read the manual before using.

Felt a little “clunky” at first to use and instructions weren’t very helpful but it did the job!

Well made everything fit properly

Absolutely useless. Does not reel back in, no way to put pressure on the cable to go thru the blockage. Waste of money
