Not enough water. Clothes come out not dirty.Clothes stick out of water level. Sensor checked as well as hoses.

    Broke after 15 month
    Washer was great, Out of no where started making a noise during spin cycle and stopped draining water off clothing. Yes, I bought the warranty, contacted warranty and Samsung and have been getting the run around. Samsung sent a technician and he said it was un level he went through process said he fixed it. When I went to wash a load continued with same issue. When I contacted the warranty they sent two technicians one said it was the transmisión other said it would cost more to fix.

      Dashboard Malfunction
      I've had this machine for almost 2 years. The dashboard randomly gave out. I called Home Warranty, they had a technician come out 3-4 times to change the motherboard and the dashboard. It worked while it was disassembled but once put together it stopped working again. The parts were also discontinued and very difficult to find. Overall machine has been crap, doesn't wash properly either.

            Genuine piece of garbage.
            The water valve failed in 2 months of gentle use. Unfortunately, the warranty is expired due to this sitting in our unfinished house due to covid when the warranty would cover things like this. I know it's an easy fix but if this is a sign of times to come after 2 months I think I am better off taking it outside and filling it with gas and blowing the thing up. Every single appliance I have bought in the past year has not lasted more than a few months.

            To correctly fill your washer in the proper amount of time, a water pressure of 20 to 116psi (137 to 800kPa) is required. Water pressure less than 20 psi may cause water valve failure, may not allow the water valve to shut off completely, or may extend the fill time beyond what your Washer controls allow, causing your washer to turn off. A time limit is built into the controls to prevent flooding in your home if a hose becomes loose.

              Not worth the time or money!
              this machine does not rinse your clothes very well. there is almost always residue left on things. if the load is unbalanced it refills the washer to balance it out. it could do this multiple times. if you have well water your wasting so much and if you have city water your wasting money!!! i listen and double check every load of blankets i do as well as jackets or other bulky items. waste of my time!

                No complaints
                have had it 2 years no issues. minor annoyance is continuing to spin, failing, restarting, etc... it's just purely a load balance issue, but i wish there was a better alarm system, instead of the continuous attempts to "keep trying". it's has cavernous capacity which is the reason we chose this model. just don't stuff it with tons of towels and it seems to work more or less as well as any other washer i've owned.

                  normal use for two people. this washer constantly goes off balance or it will display the ur code and refill when there’s 4 to 3 minutes left to complete the cycle. i have to babysit it sometimes for 20 minutes or more until it finishes the cycle. it shouldn’t take over an hour to wash a load of clothes < that doesn’t make it energy efficient but a energy hog. what is the remedy for this obvious defect?! in light of my experience i would not recommend this washer.

                      this washer is better than expected. the pretreat area on top is amazing if you have small children. if you read the manual and load the washer correctly, it works wonders. i haven't had any issues except occasionally the clothing softener leaves residue. i decreased the amount i use and don't have that issue anymore.

                        so disappointed in every samsung applicance we have bought. the first washer we bought was recalled after having it less than a year, so this second washer is only 6 years old and is now leaking water. no techs in our area to work on it either. our washer, dryer, fridge and microwave have all had issues. you would think all these would last more than 7 years. the only things still working are our dishwasher and stove, and im not hopeful those will last much longer. i will never buy a samsung applicance ever again.

                              the machine started to rust during the warranty time - the rust was not covered. i am hoping it gets recalled. i just wonder if i can see rust on the outside of the machine what rust can i not see.

                                      The washer has cool features but it has A LOT of down sides. I bought mine along with my new house a two years ago & it gave out on me tonight. One issue after another & after using the steam & sanitize setting for the first time today it completely died out. It froze in the middle of the load & the lid is locked with water stuck inside & I can’t get my blankets out. All the bad reviews on here that I read are totally on point. Do not buy & assume all the bad reviews are 100% true cuz as an owner of the washing machine I can relate to many of them.

                                        Washer rusted inside after 2.5 years. Constant cleaning and problems with water level, balancing, softener delivery guarantee your product 1/2 star ( for fancy blinking LEDs). The claim of water efficiency is falls, 3 x times rinsing use more water the the old it so efficient washers. Run away fro this product unless you have only brown, black or other rusty color attire.

                                                    Excellent machine. Alot larger than our old model. Putting in the detergent is more of a chore, than with our older model. Also, if you are short, you will need a step stool to get the clothes out the washer. I am 5'9" and can just reach the clothes on the bottom of the tub in the rear of the drum.

                                                        this is the worst washing machine that i've ever experienced. - it tries to auto-detect moisture levels and ends up incorrectly estimating it. 30% of the time, my clothes are too soaking wet to be put in the dryer. -because of the moisture issues - it's very, very prone to smelling of mold, no matter what we do to make sure there's no moisture in the system. - it gets unbalanced if i put a single heavy blanket or pillow inside. when this happens, it gets stuck in a broken loop constantly wasting water and then draining it for hours, creating an environmental disaster - you can't fill it up beyond 60% if you add anything besides loose clothing. otherwise, it has a high chance of failing to complete its cycle due to unbalanced load

There is a limit to how much water can be added to help with the calibration of the load. If you have noticed the washer is getting unbalanced more than normal, you can try these tips right here. Make sure laundry is spread out evenly. Redistribute the load. If only one item of clothing needs washing, such as a bathrobe or pair of jeans, the final spin result might be unsatisfactory, and an “Ub” check message will be shown on the display.
