Great product

After paying a plumber to install, this preassembled pump was broken and leaked everywhere. Now I have to replace it again. Very disappointed.

The noise from this unit is terrible. I would not suggest it to anyone. I can hear it through out the house when it runs

Pump was piped to a mop sink that a washing machine drains located in a basement. Pump pushes the drain water up into a sewer line. This is a replacement to a similar pump (different brand) that did not have a separate plugin for the float that failed. This pump does so the float can be replaced should it fail without replacing the entire pump.

After running it 2 to three times , it leaks around the top flange

The pump would not turn on at first. Then when it did come on it would not pump water over 4.5 feet. After and hour of messing with it we pulled it out and went back to Home depot. The instructions in the box were not for the pump in the box. H.D. had on in stock so we returned the defective one and got the new one. After re installing it this one worked good. Like I say, do Home Depot, do it twice.

The Sub pump works great but I had to call a plumber because the pump was not assembled as described.

We had our plumber install. Other than the location we had the pump and the difficulty reaching pipes, seemed fairly easy.

They start leaking after one and a half year

Pumps down reservoir in a matter of 10 seconds. Works great. I connected to overhead pipe 8 feet above in ceiling. I bought the $13.99 hose kit and connected it to existing plumbing.

I DID have to take it apart to get it to work correctly as some interior components had become mis-aligned during shipment. This is the third one that I have owned over the years.

I've had this unit installed under my utility sink for my washing machine for about a year. I have had to replace the seal twice, found the sealed nuts that secure the lid loose to be leaking and now the lid has cracked around multiple screw heads and in the inlet pipe. Works great when it is not leaking. A little on the noisy side. However, would not recommend for regular use.

Customer has only used it for a few weeks and just pumping gray water..it is fast with little noise.. the only down fall, it has only 1 inlet.. 2 would have been nice for where you wouldn't have to make a couple extra connections..

Product was shipped with a mismatched part that caused it to fail immediately. Since this is an item that cannot be returned to Home Depot, the situation which spurred replacement in the first place (hand sinks backing up in a doctor's office) had to continue while we waited for the replacement part, which was also the same wrong size and had to be adapted for operation of the pump. I would say this pump did not meet my expectations and made me look kind of inept at my job.

This unit worked well for about 15 cycles before the float or switch started sticking .Now if using washing machine unit always sticks on during the 2nd cycle of washer,the only way to stop the unit is to fill it completely to the top while unplugged then turning it back on to empty then it will shut off.

I hooked it up and leaked all over the floor. Found out the top was cracked. Would not recommend this product.

Overall rating is due to the fact that instruction manual is very poor. Even when plumber checked on line could not get information. Instruction manual needs to be updated with better information. Thanks to a great plumber we have a working pump.

My old pump system failed for a second time so I installed this unit. I had some trouble configuring new pipe connections but it is working now. Be sure to measure your space available because it affects the ease of configuring connections. One strange characteristic of this unit is 2 electrical connections. You can piggy back them.
