We are not happy with this product at all! the spin cycle makes a squealing noise, while not really wringing out the water completely or efficiently. In addition we are very upset with the misconception that the home depot 3 year warranty would cover the unit when repair was needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 months ago and love it. The dry time is way faster than anything ive owned before. The features, such as moisture sense, wrinkle free, the ability to change the heat levels, etc. are so helpful. Plus, its quiet which is important because its in the basement where my eldest son sleeps. The drum capacity itself cut laundry time by half. Im so glad I went with this model and brand.

A little disappointed that the clothes have been damp on the first pass - not every time, but definitely if there is a heavier item mixed with lighter items. The lint catcher is effective, but difficult to pull out & put back in. I have no intention of using the steam feature, which seems like a gimmick to me, and just something that can go wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to buy a dryer in a hurry and I found this one on sale and it is awesome. It has a huge steel drum and many choices to dry.

This is our third purchase of a Whirlpool front-load washer and it is, by far, the noisiest. The washer itself has a tinny echo and the pump is unusually loud. The unit is otherwise satisfactory and performs well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am happy with this washer. The auto dispensing detergent is very handy and less messy than having to fill with each load. However it is important that you choose the detergent level for the type of detergent you are using. I found it dispensing too much detergent at first and had to change to level 4. One other thing that is different from my old duet is that the delicate cycle is more like the hand wash cycle ( which is omitted on this machine) and does not wring enough in my opinion but is easily changed by user to a higher level and is remembered for the next time you use it. However , if you lose electricity all defaults will be reinstated so beware of that.

Clothes, towels, and bedding come out clean and the appropriate spin cycle allows for quicker drying. I love the load and go option and the light inside the washer tub too.
