Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Father's Day Deals at Home Depot in 2026?

The Home Depot Father's Day Sale is coming up, so start shopping now for Father's Day gifts that your dad will love. From traditional gifts like tools, tool storage, and outdoor power equipment, to practical gifts like riding lawn mowers, generators, and garage storage, we've got Father's Day deals on all the presents he's been waiting for. Shop the sales in-store or online from June 4–24, and make Dad proud of the bargains you found.

How can I prepare my home for summer?

Make certain your home is ready for relentless summer heat by replacing or repairing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. If water gets inside the cracks, you might be dealing with damage. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On the outside of your house, examine shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water come in. Keep gutters clear and functional to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

What varieties of moving boxes do you offer?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Why should I get a generator?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

What benefits do doorbell cameras have?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.

Which project will be featured at the free Kids Workshop?

Head to our Kids Workshop from 9–noon on Independence Day. Sign up for free to build a pint-sized toy go-kart. We provide the materials and you provide the creativity. Team up with your kids to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to enjoy the fruits of your labor and leave some time to play with others!
