Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When is The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale in 2026?

Prepare for The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale! Find big savings on fridges and washing machines, outdoor living accessories like grills, patio furniture, and outdoor cooking supplies, plus outdoor power equipment to keep your lawn and landscaping beautiful. Save up to 40% off select appliances and select online bathroom items. Check it out online or in-store from May 14–27, 2026.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Be confident your home is equipped for spring temperature shifts by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. If water gets inside the crevices, you might be dealing with mold. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On your house's exterior, inspect shingles or metal roofs for damage that could let water leak in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

What kinds of moving boxes do you have?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Why should I get a generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
