Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there a grill sale for Memorial Day?

The bargains you've been waiting for are here from May 14th through 27th! Shop huge Memorial Day Deals to upgrade every part of your house. We've got savings on outdoor power equipment, tools, refrigerators, and storage and organization, to name a few categories — but there's more! You’ll find unbelievable savings, including up to 40% off select appliances and select online bath items. You can shop smart by checking out the deals at our Memorial Day Sale on The Home Depot mobile app or in person at our store.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Be confident your home is set for spring temperature shifts by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your home. If water gets inside the crevices, you could be dealing with damage. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the outside of your home, inspect metal roofing or roof shingles for rust or damage that might let water leak in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

Do you carry moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Do I need a generator?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

Which project will be featured at the free Kids Workshop?

Head to our Kids Workshop to encourage future builders and craftspeople! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this goalie game. Constructing a kid-sized tabletop soccer game is a great way to hone listening abilities, fine motor skills, and creativity. This fun kids' project is happening on 6/6/2026, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last.
