Good Store Polite Team

In the process of remodeling and older residence from top to bottom inside and out I compared prices of most items. I found that Home Depot had better prices on comparable items. The service was good and I was able to purchased everything from one store. The contractors they sent to install a garage door was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone was so helpful. I needed a few pieces of wood cut so I could make a raised bed. I’m older so they helped me through my “confusion”. They showed me the hardware I needed as well. Took everything to checkout for me There we’re at least 5 people involved in my store visit It also was all done in a short period of time. Thank u

Everyone was very helpful at the store! The man named John at the customer service desk was great to deal with and patient. He handled my installation issue quickly and followed up a few times.

The lady at the paint counter helped us match the perfect color for our future project. She’s also gave us good advice to help us do a professional job.

Unlike the competition the employees at the Home Depot are by far friendlier much more knowledgeable and able to understand what the customer needs. All of my years of shopping at Home Depot I never asked and associate where something was and they couldn’t tell me. The selection of items was awesome and the prices were even better as compared to other home-improvement stores. I would highly recommend Home Depot to anybody who’s doing home-improvement projects

The customer service lady I dealt with was personable, professional, and efficient and insured that other Home Depot representatives made by shopping experience an easy task.

Many years ago, I vowed never to shop at Home Depot ever again. I was sent from one end of the store to the other twice and no one went out of their way to check to see if something was in stock. Finally someone checked for me and told me they didn't have it but that she would personally inform me when it came in. I never heard anything back. I even complained by letter to the HD office and heard nothing back. I had to buy a certain garage door opener today and everyone I had contact with was very helpful and one service person even walked me over to where the item was! This was a far cry from the personnel a few years ago. If this continues, I will start shopping there again.

The extremely nice lady at checkout (Sherry) should be a trainer for every customer service person in your store. It is nice to find someone that is that helpful and courteous.

Associates like Ann and Amy make the retail shopping experience great. They provided great service and were knowledgeable of both product location and product abilities.

Service oriented

The Home Depot Inverness store was pleasant, as I was checking out of self-checkout, new and different scan system than I have used. The lady was very nice helping me.

EVERYONE AT THE INVERNESS STORE IS SO WARM AND WELCOMING. THEY GET ME RIGHT TO WHERE I WANT TO GO.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Inverness location as I always do. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They make you feel right at home. There has never been a time where I went and could not find what I was looking for. The store is well stocked and clean. I prefer this location above all others.

The employees at this store go above and beyond in helping with any project, question, measurement or need you may have.

I was asked by every employee that I passed if i needed help. That has never happened at another location.

This is my store- I’m literally in the Inverness store every other day! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the store is well organized and clean! Can’t say enough good things about this store!!

If I could I’d select both yes and no! Some of my experience was super awesome and well the rest wasn’t. I only shopped at Home Depot because their competitor denied my check simply because it was a low number. I’ve been here since December and don’t really write checks. This time was a must. Anyway being forced to shop at Home Depot where they gladly excepted my check made me have to run back out the next day to return to competitor to purchase more wood (having to pay cash) so I could complete my project. This very young worker at Home Depot cut my wood being OSB board and studs to the size I asked, however he cut the studs quarter of an inch shorter and the cuts were not leveled. And the OSB board had a crooked/slanted cut to it. Aside from the crooked/slanted cut, one of the OSB board pieces was a full inch shorter than I wanted and he cut 3 of these for me. I’m building shelves and all I had to do was cut notches out of OSB board to fit flush to the wall in a premier building I purchased and slap it all together. I’ve always been told ya want something done right do it yourself. Well I know that to be a fact cause I didn’t have issues with the first 12 shelves I cut at home and placed/installed. Both wood cutting machines need adjusting and leveling or something if ya need them to cut for ya just be careful and measure each piece they cut!

All of the employees at this location seem to go out of their way to help. There are more knowledgeable folks here at this location that at the other stores too.

I have never received such bad customer service as I did at this store. Although one employee did help after several failed but it shouldn’t have been that hard to a resolution.

Excellent, friendly service! Representative went above & beyond to assist my 2 young daughters & I after we had previously had nearly 2 hours of no service or poor service at a competitor! He truly valued our time, spoke to my daughters like they were his grandchildren & we were processing our order with 15 minutes of meeting him! It took more than 1/2 an hour to even be greeted by a rep at the competition

What a great and friendly store. Took my 7 month old lab there to not only get out of the house but work a little around people. Seems like all in orange aprons love dogs and she go so much attention and a couple of treats. Made me feel welcome to have her while shopping for some lumber and will definitely go back there knowing how kind and helpful the people are there! A++ for all!

Some of these employees need to take some friendly pills and learn the store. They need to hire enough employees because it's ALMOST totally self-service. Too bad if you can't find something.

Rude employees. Lack of honesty, integrity and ethics. Will never shop at Home Depot again. Store manager does not return calls and Home Depot does not care about their customers.

I love this Home Depot! Clean, organized, and easy to shop! Customer service is second to none.
