This store rocks! From Tom on down, they all have a great attitude and work ethic. Woodrow Jackson is the man, and will get things done for you, even if you had no idea what you need. LOL. I was a Menard's type of guy, but not anymore.

Better selection than Ace. Cashier Jessica is very polite and friendly.

I've been here many times for home/garden projects and I've never had any problems with customer service!

Prompt service availability, knowledgeable staff, interested in my concerns, scheduled delivery dates with consideration for my availability. The parking at this site on 1300 S. Clinton is a challenge and not easily recognizable for first time going there.

In and out with everything we needed and full confidence to DYI three rooms of painting!

I have been going to this store often lately and the associates really work hard to help and get me on my way.

On visit i didn't require assistance. However, my visit i did and it was difficult to get somebody to help not only with choosing a water heater but then getting help loading it.

The staff is not helpful at the front. I waited in line for longer than reasonable as the store was slow and when the cashier checked me out she did something odd. She checked each item and the most expensive one set it aside and at the end went to grab it again to check it.....I said she already charged me and she smirked and said sorry. Then she turned her back on me for the balance of the transaction. Overall rude and unfriendly. I so wish there was another option in the South Loop.

Helpful Associates are usually easy to find and are typically knowledgeable about products. This is a real plus compared to other stores.

went to buy an advertised refrigerator no employees to be found to assist refrigerator not on main floor when wanted to purchase gave wrong delivery date initially. Once found correct employee after over an hour long wait (unacceptable) did make purchase and assistance was good

The cashier I think her name was Deanna or Dina was welcoming and greeted the customers her line with smile. Even after customer in front of me was a complete jerk. I appreciated that because was that previous customer was holding the line

Don't call just walk in, hold time on the phone system is terrible.

Although the 1st staff did not have the smile, but attempted to help, the other staff was wonderful. She took her time to provide me with information that surely influenced my decisions and plans.
