Employees in the plant department are not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful. If you are buying a large plant & are worried about the dirt tipping out in your car, they will shrink wrap the bottom. They also added extra soil to my plant without my asking. They are really terrific

I receive very good attention on the contractor area

Stacey-Marie Tolbert in the tool rental department went above and beyond the call of duty to help me successfully rent a flatbed truck for a very important job. She allowed me to call my insurance and get them to email her at the store with my current coverage, which she printed out and gave to me to take as well as allowing me to complete the rental. The truck was also fabulous with a fairly indestructible bed that I used to transport rough lumber.

when I go to My home depot it is very seldom 5% of the time that I have difficulties in getting service or the right products THANK YOU FOR KEEPING THIS STORE WELL STOCKED.

First time in the store although I have lived in the West Loop for many years. Parking was super easy, I was able to find what I wanted quickly (with the assistance of the greeter who directed me RIGHT to the items for which I was looking), and the prices were good. I also applied for and obtained a HomeDepot charge card with a $25.00 discount - how great is that?

I am feel so happied and excited to shop with my parent in the store.

I am renting and the landlord has not returned my calls on a broken front door handle. There was no way I could replace the door handle myself but knew if I went to Home Depot I could get everything I needed. I took pictures and headed late around 10 pm to get something. I was so happy that the store closed at 11 pm. The first associate saw me looking around and asked if I needed any help, I told him i need a new front door handle and he escorted me to that section. The second associate was stocking/clearing items and helped me find a set of door handles and door locks. Check out was smooth and convenient. Always a great experience here!

I want to find some oil for my succulents. However, I cannot find the soil in CSV and Target. Because the selling is seasonable. Finally I find it in Home Depot. For a person who love gardening, I guess this is an perfect place.

I do allot of business with Home Depot at multiple locations. This location needs intelligent people at the check out. Other challenges are employees that speak poor English. I have had multiple issues with miss understandings on the employees part because they do not understand English. Other clerks are lacking in people skills. HD is a great company and for the most part I am happy with the service, this location consistently disappoints.

great experience. but i did not have a price tag on one item. they made me go and get another and in the past when this happens. they will get it for me or look it up and they did not.
