I experienced unexpected amazing customer service at this home depot store. Manager Cj Rodgers, Toya and Sucre helped me out today. This experience will be truly memorable. Cj and Toya helped me with a complete understanding of options and the purchase of a appliance. Toya also made sure that i left with all the documentation and information i requested on other appliances. This really blessed my heart. Thank you for hiring genuine employees such as Cj, Toya and Sucre.

This location strives above and beyond Someone knowledgeable is always available to assist The wait times are short of any Even new staff seem to be trained well I hope the employee experience is as great as the customers’!!!

customer service is bad I ask 4 employees for help and they all sent me off no one helped me and all the employees that kept walking by looking at me not asking if I need help.

This home depot is head and shoulders above the rest. If all of The Home Depot's were like this one,The franchise would be much more profitable.

The associates at this location are very helpful. I had a special request concerning a small art project I'm working on, and they took the time and effort to answer my questions. I was very happy with the outcome.

Eva in the Garden cente is very helpful and friendy.

Friendly, kind, and knowledgeable staff. If a rep doesn't know the answer, he/she will walk with you and help find someone who does.

This store has improved. I have been very pleased with the selection of products, as well as the knowledgeable people working there. I no longer have to wander around looking for things. This is my “go to” Home Depot once again.

Mostly great experiences at this location. But sometimes it is hard to find some help in the store. And when you do find someone they can't always direct you to the product. The cashiers are always helpful, as was the associate at window treatments. Great location and convenient.

Cashier was beyond rude and has no business dealing with customers.

This store has an excellent garden department. The plants and flowers are very healthy looking and the prices are reasonable. I will go back for more plants as needed.

One of the better Home Depot stores in the city, although sometimes the product selection is limited and the staffing isn't the greatest.

The customer service at this store is outstanding. I went to several stores to find an electric start mower at a fair price and found it at the South Loop store The staff here couldn't have been more helpful in locating the mower and answering questions. I would do business at this store anytime I have hardware needs.

Genise in customer service, Toya in appliances, Andres, Wesson and team in moving product around the store should be rewarded. They were some of the most helpful people I have encountered in a store. Overall great experience with a wonderful team to help.

The store was clean and products easy to find, but customer desk was horrible, when it was their fault I had to cancel my order. I would not recommend This store for appliance purchases. But have had good service at other Home Depot's.

Ask Frank, the store greeter, where to find stuff. He is great!

Everyone here is really helpful and welcoming (and not in a cheesy/forced kind of way). Also, shoutout to Chris who helped me MacGyver a way to carry all my bags and large items without a car! Overall great experience and a great location.

Jadyn in the paint department is rude and condescending. I had that rare opportunity to be the first and only customer at the paint desk. As she proceeded to gather my items a friend or special customer or ( idk maybe he was tipping her) walked in the aisle and she dropped my order and began his. When I asked her about this she was extremely rude. I will also be posting on Yelp.

I had a tricky set of tiny parts needed to repair a 70 year old item. George, in Hardware, cheerfully figured out all the "bits and pieces." There was no wait at the self-check-out. I shopped for 15 items, finding 14. Good visit!

I found my shopping experience at Home Depot to be deplorable and this is primarily due to the lack of friendly customer service. When I ask questions, because I need assistance, I am treated with quick short answers and am given the attitude that I am disturbing their precious time. To me customer service is of upmost importance and if the staff treat me with dignity and common manners and a genuine in their display of concern, then I look forward to return but why would I want to return to a store that doesn't want me to return. I have found that many Home Depots lack enough customer service representatives and those they have seem to possess less knowledge or equal to mine. I am looking for people that can offer me more than I can offer myself.

Big store, great selection of products. Convenient location in South Loop. Associates always ready to answer any questions, give advice, and show to the right area in the store.
