Twin Size Metal Bed Frame-perfect
Bought this metal frame online. Picked up box [weighs 22lbs] at HD and it was seamless and Allen in Customer Svc was professional and went above by zip tying box in my cart since it jutted out and I was using a bus. Nice touch. Vid clip about product suggested easy to assemble but I hired Task Rabbit. Jhe cpompleted set up quickly. Sturdy with no wobbling. Tape strips allow mattress to sit securely. Great price and value.

        Great shopping experience in the garden department.
        The South Loop Home Depot has improved significantly. Everyone in the garden department was friendly & helpful. They have a very large selection of plants & flowers & everything was organized & easy to find.

          GREAT SERVICE
          March 3, 2023. A chilly day in Chicago but I decided to ride my bicycle to Home Depot. I live near 31st St., Beach Road all the way to the loop Home Depot. Hesitant being new to the area? Gladly surprised by employee willingness to help me find what I need. Friendly with great energy positive goofy funny personalities. Cashier pointed out my remaining balance left on my Home Depot gift card. Showed me my receipt where I could locate the remaining monies. Needed a couple zip ties cut off of my bicycle lock I purchased. No problems with employee help on that either. Call David the manager when I got home to tell him of the great experience I had. David was so happy. He said today would be a pizza day that he was going to reward all of the employees for such great customer service. I would definitely ride my bicycle back. It’s well worth it. Beautiful scenic ride on bicycle is worth it as well. I will be back and thank you David and employees.

            Nice Plant Nursery
            Home Depot South Loop is in a nice convenient location with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable associates. I actually went to the same location three times today. The last time was to grab a plant that I had my eyes on earlier and Grace assisted me because I spotted one that wasn’t on the floor yet.

              Danny was great! David too!
              Danny helped me with small storage bins. He went above and beyond as I had my hands full with my toddler. He was professional, polite, and pleasant and I really appreciated him. Assistant manager David was equally great.

                Terrible return policy, no customer satisfaction guarantee
                I bought a neem oil spray by Captain Jack that didn't work on my plants fungus gnats at all. I tried to return it and get a different product and they would not give me a refund. So there's no guarantee anymore that if you're unsatisfied with the product that they will give you refund or an exchange for another product. I also bought 3 spray bottles from Ecolab 3 different times and each one had problem. They either didn't spray or they broke at the neck. To add, I got a bad attitude from the returns desk associate.

                  Literally popped in to quickly buy one item and spammed with follow-up emails and a satisfaction survey. Can’t we just buy something and be done. Next time paying bask and getting a printed receipt and moving on with my life.
