The girls at self checkout just gossip amongst each other until it’s time to harass another customer !

every time I shop at this home depot no one to assist me or help not familiar with product or don't know where to find it

I love this store.

I went to the Home Depot on Westley Chapel today. The store was busy but the employees were all jovial greeting my pop and I coming through the door. They are always helpful especially directing or showing me to items in the store. Got delayed at self checkout with the register but the attendant took me to Dr.Lee check out line. The guy so friendly & quick. I also loved the pottery selections in the plant department, very colorful.

I always enjoy shopping at the Home Depot. They always have what I need at a good price. I wanted to mention that Joe and Zim was very helpful in making sure I got what I needed. Thank you both so much. Also there was a male 7foot worker at the paint counter that came to help me as well. Thanks for good customer service. Don't forget people go to home depot for all of your holiday needs. They have everything.

I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean. The clerk told me how I could save during my shopping experience and even went above and beyond by helping me put my items on the conveyor belt. I like knowing that most of what I need I can find locally this Home depot near my rental property at a decent price. I feel like they really go to the effort to show they appreciate me as a customer.

The associates not just point you in the right direction but take you to the products. I did not give 5stars because its a big store and I think more floor attendant is needed. The associates might be assisting someone else and while they do a good job pointing you in the right direction if you cant wait, it might take awhile to find item on the shelf because there are variety so have to know exactly what you are looking for.

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot on Wesley Chapel. They have the best prices ever. I am a handy girl,always something to fix around the house. They are a knowledgeable team of sales people,always willing to give good customer service. It's never hard to spot an orange apron or vest running around the store to help. You guys rock.

I had to purchase some products in paint. Joe helped me out and was knowledgeable about the products. Upon checkout, I was greeted by Ayan. I think she needs a speeding ticket. She sent my bill from 0-60 in about 3.2 seconds! But she was a sweetheart.

I shop at this location and I have also received the best products for my projects due to the helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable associates. Every time I walk into this store, all of the employees are smiling and are very helpful as well as honest on what will work best for me based upon the different scenarios. When I walk in, I am unsure on what I need and sometimes have a hard time describing the product I am looking for in particular. I am a first time homeowner, so I am always asking on how I can fix my new home. I do not give out reviews but I felt compelled to review and rate this location. Two thumbs up for making my shopping experiences grand. Thank you!!
