The store was clean, easy to find what you are looking for, employees eager to help/assist and did not take long to get in and out of the store. the employees were very friendly.

My favorite home depot for Southeast Atlanta. Staff is friendly and the gardening center is good.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!

Hands down this store has made a 360 degree turn in service. I went to Lowe's first on Panola and had the worst experience. Headed over to Home Depot and was completely amazed at the level of service I received. The entire time, I could always find an associate who was knowledgeable and greeted me with a smile. Checking out was fast and all lanes were open. If you haven't been to this Home Depot in awhile you owe it to yourself to stop in and visit.

The store is clean and the employees are very customer oriented, very helpful, and made sure that they lead me to the product that I was looking for and also brought the items to the front of the store for me

The help in this store is amazing! Everyone goes out of their way to be sure you get what you need! and they are happy! They seem to be given incredible freedom to make the customer satisfied so both the customer and staff ends up satisfied! I don't know who is managing this store or what their method of operation they are using but it is working! Amazing.!

I HAD ONE OF THE BEST SALE PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY SHOPPING LIFE .SALEPERSON AXW1700 REALLY MADE MY DAY BRIGHTER AND NICIER.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE ONLY WHEN KAMANI AND LEORY , ASSIST MANAGER, IS WORKING. THEY WILL ENSURE THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES HIS OR HER ORDER IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE STORE MANAGER IS A PAIN!!!!! I HAVE BEEN SCRUTINIZED BY THE STORE MANAGER, ANDRE, FROM ONE DISAPPOINTMENT TO ANOTHER WITH HIM.

I have always hated this location to the point of complaining to the so-called managers. Today, it seemed like a different world. The Wesley Chapel location is making improvements with the "customer experience". Shalyn should be a manager..... Great job guys

SOME OF THE SALES ASSC WERE NOT KNOWLEGABLE ABOUT THEIR DEPT THEY SEEM SPARSE YOU HAVE TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE TO ASK FOR HELP IN ANOTHER DEPT

You will not get the help you need. I did not get any help today. And the lady was not nice. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I love Homedepot to do my shopping extensions Cord,2 Tv and phone accessories.

Poor customer service. Home Depot brand should be upheld here and it's not. Employees just pass by without saying anything.

I have had multiple services and home projects done from this location and it has been pleasant. I LOVE the flooring quality and quality of the products for my laminate flooring that I had installed over the install I had done from LOWE's. My only problem is that I wish that they had more design decor home items at this store....ESPECIALLY better selection of light fixtures. The surrounding area is in gentrification mode and have various social economic status of residents moving back in that desire to make their homes beautiful. Hopefully, they will reevaluate the area and upgrade the designer decor merchandise and offerings.

While in the store I was announced and introduced by the cashier with the pretty curly hair. She had to go on break at the time I needed help and was walking through the store and helped me. Yet alone while I was still shopping she must have came back and I came to her register and thanking her for knowing other things rather than just say I don't know because I'm a cashier. She did say she walks through the store to learn and teach herself so she would know things. Mercedes was the best.! She really made my exsperience great!!!

HD usually is a very good experience but after 20 years of service, I had my first bad experience in this store because of a couple apathetic or uninformed employees. Regardless the reason, this store will be my last resort store because I am still a fan of Home Depot.

Everyone was really helpful and friendly. The employees are willing to help you which makes my visits here painless. I am a female and I am doing repairs around my house on my own to save money. The employees here are nice and willing to answer all of my questions without becoming impatient. If I could change anything it would be to add more open lanes. When I visited three times over four days, two of those days only the self check out lanes were open which made it difficult because I had 13 boxes of tile along with other things that I had to pick up and scan one at a time because the self check out registers do not have wands that can scan items that are too heavy to pick up.

Yes, I would recommend this Home Depot Store for all a company or person building needs. Please, if you have an important project to complete, ask for two of the most help employees , Mr. Kimani and Mr. Carl Tinch

Walking into the store, I was engulf by employees waiting to assistance me with all my repair needs. Thanks for making my repairs need a success.

After several visits to this location, the employees are aware of our non profit organization needs and repairs. The employees are quick to help assist with locating tools, items, and preparing installation needs.

The employees make it fun to shop at this location and most items are readily available.

The Contractor Managers at the Wesley Chapel store had turn our Non Profit Organization building needs a success. They have turned many frowns right side up. Thanks with much LOVE!!!!!!
