Easy clean water
I ordered this to get rid of the Brita filter that would take top valuable counter space in my kitchen. Our water is safe but heavily chlorinated that leaves it not very good to drink out of the tap. I hired a counter top company to drill the hole in our quartz countertop and installed the unit myself. Easy to install but I needed a second pair of hands to get the spout to sit right on the counter. Since then the water coming out of the spigot has been a god send. I am drinking far more water and my coffee is tasting way better. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that the shipping to Canada triggered a BIG customs bill.

Delivers as promised
We used a pitcher-style water filter for decades but grew wary of the visible buildup inside the fill section and got tired of scrubbing it clean, not to mention the space it took up in the fridge. The Aquasana has been a real game-changer. Water tastes great and flows strong and fast from the spout. It was easier than expected to install, I did it myself. The provided faucet is very attractive and the handle movement is smooth and secure. It's all around a real pleasure to use and we're so glad to have clean, filtered water at the ready. We couldn't be happier with this product!

Terrible Product
It would be a great product if it worked. I bought this just over 2 years ago. I’ve replaced the filters regularly and each time has been a frustrating experience. As others have mentioned, the “sumps” have a vacuum seal and are virtually impossible to open. This time has been the worst, though, and is the final straw. (Which is sad because I’ve been a customer for 10 years, I think.) I followed all of the instructions to replace the filters. It worked beautifully for a few hours and then just stopped working. No water flow at all. I’ve now taken it apart seven times and the exact same thing happens… it works for a few hours and then stops. I’m so beyond frustrated! I can’t keep battling with this thing so it’s time to find another system.

Claryum® 3-Stage Max Flow
Great product that been around for many years. This is my third filter over 20 years.....I needed to buy another filter and didn't buy aquasana and so I got a relatively expensive filter from a company that no longer sell the filter or replacements so it was a waste of money and so I came back to Aquasana. Great for, great price and easy installation. I'm not going to bother with any other company in the future again. Aquasana will still be here for my replacement filters.

Enjoying the water.
Here it is.
Install was straight forward. Simple, but installing thing in the cabinet, and under the sink are as to be expected. But overall the process was simple, only complaint is the faucet, I am wary of possibly over tightening, and felt the top ring and washer were both too flimsy and undersized slightly. The fixture is as secure as I want. And I am considering a sturdier alternative. Also surprised the spigot/stem tube is only secured by the o-rings and pulls out it seems, too easily.
Would have been nice to have had both inlet and outlet be 3/8 tubing.
Otherwise happy to have it.

Outstanding Water filter!!
The filter has been a life changer! My home's water had a very strange taste and wanted to buy a filter that can be used for clean water in my kitchen. Installing the 3 stage max flow was relatively easy and it complete shocked me how great and smooth the water was after running it from the new faucet. Extremely good and will recommend to all my family and friends!

Happy With the System
I don’t get why there’s so many negative reviews regarding the leaks that the reviewers complain about. One should have some degree of mechanical inclination to install this system correctly. Having a good mechanical aptitude is essential. That’s the bottom line. If you question your ability to install this system, don’t do it. It’s that simple.
HOWEVER…the filter cartridges are very pricey!!! The prices should be reasonable.

Tastes just like tap water
I don't think filter works as it's tasting just like direct tap water. also had TDS rating done it's same as tap water 535 so will be retiurning this.

TDS meters tell you the concentration of dissolved minerals and metals, but are not an accurate measurement for contamination. Decent product, Improve taste
Installed this for my fiance who is paculair about her water. For the average person, water taste fine, but in comparison to high PH Essentia water, does not meet the standard.

DO NOT BUY, DANGER
Plastic tubing can me out of connector on first night of install. Many reviews discuss similar problem. Woke up to an inch of water downstairs. We got lucky, others did not. Please go with another option.

Great product, easy installation
At our previous home we had the Rhino 1000 and loved it! We decided to go with just an under sink system this time due to the design of our new home’s water system and we have really enjoyed it. It is nice to know we are removing all of the junk in our drinking water that is either intentionally or unintentionally being added that is harmful. I regret getting the bronze spout, it is really brassy, but we replaced it with a higher quality aftermarket one.

Love this water filter
Easy for my son-in-law to install (didn't take very long while waiting for dinner). It works great. Water comes out with a clean taste and no chlorine smell and I feel better not to be intaking PFOS and other harmful contaminants.

When it works it's good but there's a lot of fault
The filters good if it works but almost every time I've had new filters sent there's been an issue, first time the plastic broke and they had to ship a new housing (they made me pay for shipping), 2 of the next 3 times the filters have been "faulty" and have significantly reduced the flow out of the faucet. I'm currently waiting for an "expedited" shipment of another replacement set of filters but doesn't seem to be arriving anytime soon. Again they had the cheek to try and charge me for expedited shipping whilst having just sent two repeated sets of faulty filters by their assessment.
I can't say I've tried any other brands but there has to be better quality options than this that would be worth a try.
