Water still looks and feels hard and still tastes pretty nasty

Very nice system.? Easy installation. My water definitely tastes better.

Under sink water filter replaced twice yet it's still not working. Lines up perfectly just as they said but nope. Did everything to trouble shoot but nope. Wasted time, money and frustration on this crap filter.

We love our water filter. It was very easy to install and the taste of the water is incredible. We have very hard water. Using the water from this filter in our tea kettle we have noticed less mineral deposits on the bottom off the kettle. All in all we are very happy with this filter and would definitely buy it again.

I was reading through the reviews today just because I'm about to buy my mother-in-law one of these systems, and I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews. Some of them are silly because they are based on improper installation, but others were equally surprising regarding leaks. I don't even see how the product could leak in the first place - the filter housing fully closes tightly for each filter, and the rest of the mechanism is classic durable white tubing. My sense is these are all user installation errors. Anyway, I'm chiming in because our filter system has worked perfectly since day one about, gosh, seven or more years ago - I can't even remember. Also, changing the filters is a snap for us - it takes me about five minutes. Filters are too expensive, in my opinion, but that's my only criticism. The taste of our water is spectacular and consistent. We've never had a problem. We are only one family (family of three), but we've been wildly happy with the product. This is our second counter-top system from Aquasana. Moved the old one to a less used sink. This is very easy to install, the water pressure is fantastic and it tastes great.

My 2-stage Claryum flow was not fast enough to fill a glass so we always kept 5 one liter bottles pre-filled. Now I only need one (in the fridge).

The filter was great for a few years. The housing cracked and flooded the kitchen.

Updating my review from early August. As expected the flow rate has only deteriorated with time. It's now taking >30-seconds to fill 2-cups of water.

Installation work done well no leaks identified. Product aesethetics beautiful as it blends well with existing sink faucet. The faucet can be easily rotated out of your way if one wants more space to use the sink.

Literally every single time we replace the water filters, this doesn't work properly afterwards. The flow rate drops way down to the point it's dysfunctional or starts sputtering and spraying water irregularly until it finds a steady flow rate of like one cup per minute.

We love our filtration system most days. There is a clear difference in the taste of our water when we use the filter, and we love it! We have had our filtration system for about 2+ years, and the absolute worst part of this filtration system is changing the filters. We've changed filters maybe 4 times. EVERY time we change the filters, we end up having a leak, and it takes anywhere from an hour to several days to fix. The first time it happened, the support desk had me insert a quarter at the bottom of the filter housing. The second time, I had to be sent all new filters. The third time, I had to pay for new housing tops for my filters. There seems to be inherent flaws with the filters, and there are definitely flaws with the housings/o-rings. We just changed our filters, and again, they are leaking. We really don't want to buy new housing tops, since we just bought them the last time we changed filters, so my husband used Vaseline to help seal the housing. Fingers crossed this works... It should not be this complicated to change filters. If you can deal with the hassle factor, this system is great. Just prepare for a headache every time you change filters.

The filters went in rather easy, and the water is really good. We had 4 people taste test between it and tap water and everyone chose the filteres water. It would be nice to provide some 90 degree adaptors for use at the points that the tubes enter the unit. The arcs for the tubes are quite large to keep from kinking.

I purchased this Filter 4 years ago with no problems "At First". 1)Come time to replace the Filters, No Stock to be found anywhere in the USA, Had to Wait three months. 3) Customer Support was not much Help 4) the new filters Are two Short to activate the Valve in the Filter Unit 5} After a year of use with the new Filters, two of the Filter Canisters Started bulging at the bottom. 6)Just two day ago the center Canister burst on the Bottom spraying water all under the Sink At this time I am "DONE" with this Company Do not Spend your hard earned money with this Company

The installation was easy but I am a plumber so your milage may vary. It comes with plenty of tubing to install anywhere in a standard sized cabinet. The faucet isn't the greatest quality but it should last at least a year. If you want to connect it to the faucet and your fridge, you'll need a 1/8" (1/4" trade size) tee (push fit is easiest). Haven't had the water tested yet so I'm not sure how well it filters but it should be better than my tap. All-in-all, pretty happy with the product.

so far so good . i have been using a Britta filtration pitcher for as long as i can remember. so this is a real convenience.

This under counter system was SO easy to install! It takes up less space and has a better flow than our previous system.

I had to replace O rings every time I replace filters. Still leaks and have to replace paper towels now every couple of days due to minor leaks( have to lay paper towels to prevent wood) Poor and low quality filtration system with ultra high pricing

We are loving our filter. The water tastes so clean and refreshing. The installation process was easy. Now we can enjoy clean water so easily.

Flow rate 10% below spec (70 seconds to generate .5 gallon versus spec of 60-seconds) despite NEW filters and Water Pressure of 40 psi (spec: 20-80 psi). Clearly, flow rate will deteriorate over time as filters do their job. Water taste is good and customer service was attentive, but Aquasana has a truth-in-labeling problem IMO! Another thing to know (not disclosed) is that you are not supposed to use this product to provide dual service to an ice maker, which makes no sense for an under counter product!

My husband installed this very quickly, it doesn’t take up a lot of room under the sink at all. The water tastes great and I like knowing my kids are drinking water that from a filter that removes so many things including PFOAs

My tap water has sediment and a mineral taste and I've always wanted a dedicated tap for filtered water. The Claryum 3-Stage was just what I was looking for. It's an easy install and the water tastes great. The included faucet is good quality too. I've had it for two weeks now and it's getting a lot of use. I am very happy with it!

We enjoyed the clean water but one of the three filters is leaking. I patched it with plumbers tape even though the directions say not to use tape. We've used the filter long enough to change it again; so now its leaking as before. Plumbers tape didn't hold back the leak this time. We got a year out of it. Now I have to replace with a different system.

We are so happy with our new Aquasana water filter. The installation was easy. It looks beautiful , the water tastes great and it is very easy to clean. Using our Aquasana is so much better than getting filtered water from inside the refrigerator! Excellent choice!

I am sensitive to odors and this has no odor compared to water from refrigerator. My coffee tastes better. I wash all my fruits and veggies with it as well. So convenient to have this at my sink. The water is clear as well. Easy to install.

Installation was a little tricky. Plastic tubing lengths limited location choice. Took two tries to get it right. But connections were all tight and system started up with no leaks. Wife loves it (and no more Brita pitcher on counter top).

The instillation was quick and easy and now I have fresh water going to my ice maker and for drinking water. Tasts Great!!!
