First run and am loving it. Several have said they don't like having to use an app for some things, but not a big deal with us.

We've had this dishwasher since 2020. It's been a huge disappointment. The most significant issue is the E07 error code, which would cost about 1/3 of the new dishwasher price just to diagnose by Bosch. The error is related to the drying system, which apparently can prevent any cycle from completing whether or not crystal dry is used. Also, the top track is useless due to poor internal mechanics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am delighted with the performance of our new Bosch dishwasher. It replaces a previous model we owned for nearly twelve years. The reason we replaced the old one was that the controls were placed on a "pocket handle" used to open the tub. When the handle, which was made of plastic, broke after many years of use, the buttons controlling dishwasher operation fell out, and our control over some of the features of the unit was compromised. Bosch designers have moved the control buttons on our new appliance to a safer location in the upper edge of the door. So the reason we needed to replace our old dishwasher was satisfied. The machine cleans the toughest and most demanding jobs we have given it. Our dishes come out thoroughly cleaned and dried--even the baking dishes with baked-on residue. The unit is so quiet as to be inaudible. When we first got our new dishwasher I thought it was not running. Now I have come to appreciate its nearly silent operation. We are quite well pleased with both its performance and its appearance. Now I shall nitpick. I am persuaded that for a full was cycle (not the quick cycle) a small amount of dishwasher detergent is helpful. Previously we owned machines with an open recess beside the detergent cup door that allowed a small amount of detergent into the first burst of wash water, the so-called "pre-wash." Our new dishwasher does not have such a recess. In fact, the complementary supply of detergent that came with our dishwasher consisted of little Electrosol tablets, preventing me from adding any detergent to the pre-wash cycle. A related complaint concerns the marks dividing the detergent cup into thirds. These marks suggest that for small loads or lightly soiled dishes one might use less detergent. A great idea! Since the detergent cup on our Bosch seems to be made for tablets, however, it is impossible to use less soap than the packet contains. Our area does not have hard water, and often we can get by without filling the detergent cup to capacity. Perhaps more attention can be given to this wonderful capability in the literature accompanying the dishwasher. Please forgive my rant. I have given more space to a small idiosyncratic issue than is warranted. It's a great dishwasher. In fact, it's almost perfect.

We previously had a Bosh and wanted to stay with Bosh. I wish I hadn't; I was out of town when the dishwasher was installed the following day; my husband turned on the dishwasher, and an error code came up. I emailed my insurance when my husband told me. (the day after installation) they are the ones who ordered it, and it took them a few days to respond to my email. So I missed the one-day replacement. Now I have to get it repaired, not replaced. Since the New dishwasher has never worked Bosh/Home Depot should replace it.

When they claim this dishwasher is quiet, it's the real deal! We have an open floor plan and we can't even tell the dishwasher is running when we're sitting on our couch 20 feet away! The top controls are very nice and easy to use. The inside is amazing. A third rack for utensils saves space on the bottom. Lots of movable/collapsible racks for different sizes of dishes and cups. And this thing cleans well and FINALLY our dishes are dry at the end of a cycle. The app and wifi connection was easy to setup. Overall we're in love with the Bosch! We installed it ourselves, directions were super clear and easy to follow.

My new Bosch 800 was delivered Feb 24 and didn't work properly from day 1. Lower spray arm didn't rotate/spray water; won’t wash bread crumbs off plates on bottom rack. Going on 4th repair appt with no resolution. So, I continue to handwash dishes and look at my $1400 paperweight while techs damage my kitchen cabinets and floor. Consider another brand, as customer service refuses to honor their “Bosch Promise of Quality” and replace a lemon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bosch dishwasher is replacing a $800 5 year old whirlpool dishwasher. Lets hope this one will last much longer. So far so good. Works great. The Crystal Dry works amazingly well. No heating element and the dishes come out very hot to touch. As long as there is moisture in the unit it will keep producing heat. Hours later after dishes are put away it's still warm inside. Very neat technology. Love the third rack for silverware. No complaints so far.

Most importantly, this machine does an amazing job thoroughly cleaning our dishes. I never have to worry about additional scrubbing or a rewash cycle. When it comes to dishwashers I will only by BOSCH. 5 Stars - highly recommend!

I'm glad we decided to step up a grade in buying this dishwasher. It cleans wonderfully and is so quiet you couldn't tell it was running if not for the red light. 3rd house and 4th Bosch. Best one ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new Bosch 800 series dishwasher for about a month. It is so quiet, if it didn't have the light, I would not know it is running! I'm still playing with how to load but so far, I can load more plates and large pasta bowls in the lower rack in an orderly way than my previous dishwasher (not a Bosch). I love the ability to increase the wash level in 4 separate areas of the lower rack. The middle rack hold my bowls (3 different sizes) in the most advantageous way both for spacing and getting clean without holding water at the end. I'm learning to really like the ability to set the cycle to start with the app so that it ends around same time I wake up. This allows me to immediately open the door so no odors from sitting all night App is easy to use and I didn't think I would use it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing a highly new rated Korean product that within 40 days leaked all over the floor (1) was never resolved or repaired in seven months,(2) had three door seals replaced and numerous othe parts tubings and parts that caused ttwo to three more leaking episodes after each major repair visit, (3) had four different "appliance repair" experts (4) numerous long (one close to 1.5 hours) and delays and (5) more delays FINALLY refunded. I asked all four different repairmen, what they would buy given a choice...ALL said BOSCH!! So we did, a bit pricier, best decision EVER, worked like a charm from the second we powered it on, quiet, all dishes spotless, and no further leaking. Simply, again, Incredible and a miracle.

So quiet. The red light glow on the floor let's you know when it is running. The interior design provides more space than most washers. Easy to install with the QR code videos.

Based on my experience with this product I will eventually be outfitting my home and any future homes with Bosch products. Install was a breeze. Cleaning/drying quality is amazing. Lack of operating sound is beyond priceless.

While I wasn't initially looking at this price point, the features of the Bosch drew me in. Installation was straightforward. Dishwasher has a premium look and feel. Cleans anything I’ve thrown at it so far. The CrystalDry works well, but doesn’t work miracles as some reviews seemed to indicate. Be sure to enable the “Extra Dry” option in HomeConnect app.

Purchased in February 2024. Wanted a extremely quiet unit and thats exactly what we received. Wash and drain cycles are virtually silent. Dries dishes perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this dishwasher is great. It has tons of storage, and is extremely quiet. Also, it doesn't feel flimsy or cheaply made. I will say, the bottom tray is a bit annoying. There is a large grab handle in the center to pull the tray out. If you inadvertantly grab the side of the tray and pull, it almost always comes off the track. A bit annoying, but not too bad. It's also very sleek, and even though it's not the same brand as our other kitchen appliances, you'd never know since the name/logo is hidden on the top. A major upgrade after our GE dishwasher started leaking after three years of use.

This is the second washer we had delivered since the first was delivered with damage. This second unit was delivered with mold covered on every rack. After running a sanitize cycle with a dishwasher cleaner it did nothing. Was a used unit delivered or what? For such an expensive dishwasher I was not expecting this.

Even the 1 hour clean cycle does a great job. The hour cycle is really convenient when we have a full house and a high turnover of food and drink.
