Works better than expected.

A quality product that exceeded expectations.

Easy installation and it fit the cut-out for the builder grade fan that it replaced. There was an obstruction directly above the old fan so I needed a slim design and this worked perfectly. Super quiet fan.

Previous fan was rated 4.5 sone. It sounded like a tractor idling in the attic. None of my girls would run it because they saw the movie “Psycho” and were afraid they wouldn’t hear Norman Bates coming. This one is so quiet that you forget it’s running. Installation was relatively easy. You can install the housing first, then the fan and motor after! Knockout plugs for the power connection were poorly done and were a real pain. Overall I would recommend.

Not as quiet as I hoped it would be, but way quieter than the original. Huge improvement.

Fairly quiet, does the job, very easy to install...if you are looking for a quiet, slim model, this will serve the purpose.

Mounting hardware to frame is not included.

The fan worked well for 2.5 years, and then gradually took longer to start rotating. After 3 years, it finally quit turning on all together. Complete junk, unable to find any locally sourced motors.

Installation was easy enough. Motor is just above whisper quiet.

I had the same exact exhaust fan model before I bought my new one, but hands down the new one I got from home depot works infinitely better. Great quality, easy to install, and really quiet! Sensor kicks in at just the right time. Completely satisfied with my purchase!

Bought this to replace a noisy 50 CFM Broan fan. Probably from 2004 when the house was built. A bit too much of a task for this 74 year old, so hired a handyman. Getting the old fan out was easy - I did it. Removing the old box wasn't too bad. Bit of trimming drywall required - this unit 1/4 inch wider than the old one. When installation was becoming difficult, I told the handyman that I had a built in ladder to the attic. He completed the installation from above while I stood on the bathroom ladder to ensure the box was level. Pretty easy installation for two people. Old fan rated at 4 sones - new one MUCH quieter! Don't camp, but in this case I am a happy camper.

Easy install and quieter than the old one

Very energy efficient and worked like a charm. This fitted in place of the old Broan 880 that I had and it takes in more air than the old Broan.

Installed in under 30 minutes, very quiet, seems to move more air than previous Braun one we had.

The fan is quiet. You can actually have a conversation in bathroom without having to shout. I’ve noticed a big difference in how quick the humidity is exhausted. Overall great fan.

Bought this as a replacement for the old NuTone/Broan fan. It works beautifully! The humidity sensor was an after thought, but really happy to have it. It is quite, good looking and most of all, it works GREAT!

Bought the wrong size and didn’t fit my bathroom ceiling hole. Bought another one instead.

Excellent replacement for my very noisy and less efficient original exhaust fan from when my home was built in the 80's. Although between floors, was still a "breeze" to install. It's so quiet, it's easy to forget that it's on.

Easy to install, whisper-quiet and moves a good amount of air. Can't complain.

Easy to install. Runs quiet. The moisture senor is pretty nifty. I may pick up another one of these to replace a builder's-grade Broan that was installed in the master bathroom when the house was built.
