I haven't had a new refrigerator in years this one is so AWESOME and keeps everything very cold. I'm so Happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The window is a bit deceiving. If you put anything on the top shelf that’s all you will really see. Also it would be nice if the unit came with more shelf options and additional dividers or soda and miscellaneous items holders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had trouble with the craft ice maker in my frig making loud noises. With a quick conversation online, the replacement ice maker was sent, along with very simple install instructions. In addition, a new water filter was also sent, all free of charge.

I recently purchased an LG refrigerator, and my experience has been less than satisfactory. When the first unit arrived, it sounded like it was ready for takeoff! It turned out that they forgot to cut the tips off the fan, causing it to click loudly inside the fridge. I promptly returned it, hoping for a better experience with a replacement. A week later, a new unit was delivered, but this one has its own issues. Despite setting it to 33°F, the temperature consistently hovers between 40-43°F. As a pastry chef, having accurate temperature control is crucial for my work, and the discrepancy in the temperature readings is concerning. I can't rely on the numbers displayed on the side panel. Overall, my experience with LG refrigerators has been frustrating. I expected better performance and quality control for the price, especially given the importance of precision in my profession. I hope LG addresses these issues for future customers. I did get a $200 gift card to purchase a mini fridge in the mean time which is NOTHING compared to the food I've wasted trusting this process. Fingers crossed that the 3rd Fridge is excellent.

Not enough help…it took 2 hours to get a cabinet down off the top shelf..

The drawers are not ergonomic- the craft ice is not really round. We regret this stupid purchase. The see-through door is a window for yours and all your guests to take a constant peek into your ugly chaos. It also makes you think the door is open out of the corner of your eye. Hate hate hate this fridge.

I bought this a month ago, I'm happy with it, quality is good and it makes carve ice!

Good fridge for a good price. Only had it for a few weeks. Doors are low to the ground so watch your feet. Inside drawer “ handle “ are on the bottom of the drawers. So, the bottom drawer “handle” is almost at ankle level.ice maker is quick but noisy. Craft ice maker takes 24 hours to make 3 but it lasts a long time in a Yeti. We are talking days.

I don't particularly like the refrigerator. It doesn't seem to keep things as cold as my old refrigerator ( I even turned it down from factory preset ). . The drawer pulls are on the bottom of the drawers. To pull open the bottom drawer, it's literally 8" off the floor. I do not recommend this particular LG product.

I love my LG, the only problem that I have when the two men's delivery my LG they took off both doors and put a hold in my door molding and didn't say anything about it and on top of that didn't put one door back correctly. They didn't explain how the LG work and didn't connect the water line. They just left. Customer service is everything when spending $1,600.

I ‘ve had this fridge for a few weeks and it has some really nice features! I enjoy the bigger size (more storage!) and the water filter is in upper right corner of the fridge which makes it so easy to change. The craft ice maker is fun and my pups love to play with the round ice. The ‘peek in’ option makes it easy to check items inside without opening the door (ya have to love that when you live in the desert!). However, I wish it had adjustable shelves in both the fridge and freezer and more drawers. I like things organized and it’s hard to do that without moveable shelves; and it has 2 drawers in both fridge and freezer areas, another one in each area would be nice. Overall, I really like it. It is a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

So far so good after 6 weeks in service

Can't even count as 1 star it should be 0 due to not working and LG not wanting to replace with a new refrigerator sold to me with a bad compressor. very unhappy with purchase

Have used for about a month. Love the ball ice inside freezer. The problems I’ve had is getting the ice to produce enough. When the door runs out, takes a long time to replenish. I wish there were more videos on tips and tricks.

THERE WHERE DENTS ON SIDE OF DOOR,VERY FLIMSY STAINLESS METAL ON FRONT OF UNIT.I WOULD RETURN IT,BUT I DID NOT SEE THEM INTILL APPROXIMATELY 11 DATS LATER.I WENT OUT OF TOWN FOR A FEW DAYS.THE DENTS HAD TO HAPPENED WHEN HOME DEPOT DELIVERY GUYS MOVED FROM THIER TRUCK TO THE HOUSE.THE DENTS LOOK LIKE WHEN THEY MOVED IT,ITS WHEN THIER HANDS WOULD BE TOWARD THE TOP.TO MUCH H.D. RED TAPE TO DEAL WITH.

For the money I spent on this LG Brand. IT SUCKS. They need to get rid of that slow ice making system. I should be refunded some money for the inconvenience. What a disappointment.

After delivery men set it up, light wouldn't light up when you knocked on the glass. They tried to fix it but couldn't. I called customer service and after explaining what was delivered didn't work, representative suggested we send it back and use our old one. When I explained our old one has been carried outside and was sitting in the yard waiting to be picked up by a friend, the rep suggested we bring it back in! I explained we were 80 years old! (1 star for customer service help). Our only choice was to accept it as is and wait for another to be delivered. In addition to the door malfunction it kept beeping every couple of minutes. (When the kitchen lights were out I could see light coming thru the freezer door gasket! Because I have a copper water line for the ice maker, the delivery men were not allowed to hookup the water line! The salesman should have informed me of that when I bought it. So, I ended up hooking it up myself . Finally got the new one about 2 weeks later. Everything works fine and I'm very pleased with the refrigerator and how it works. HD needs to work on customer communication!

The only negative I find with this fridge is the doors font have handles otherwise is nice
