The space & tech is just great; & I think it is really economical. There are only 2 items of concern: 1. The water filters are pricey unless you gamble on the cheaper versions 2. I wish the tray covers were very tempered glass or plastic. There's lots of stories where someone dropped something & that glass just shattered; & they are not cheap to replace

Love my refrigerator, the instant view is great. I wish I had order earlier The craft Ice is great. With the instant view you can see what you need and don’t have to open door, saving energy. No opening the door to get water or ice. love it.

My wife loves it on the delivery the first time they tried to deliver it the drivers they sent out didn’t want to do they job an tried to hustle my wife so the second crew came on out and installed it with no problems so the second delivery was excellent and very professional but that first crew should be fired!!!!!!!!

Stopped working after 6 months, LG has still not replaced it even after an attempted repair. Have been without a refrigerator for over a month now. UNACCEPTABLE!! DO NOT BUY FROM LG

Do not spend your money on any LG refrigerator that has a linear compressor. Do your homework, this compressor is a piece of junk. It will not last more than several years if that at all. LG knows about this issue and they're not fixing it. Don't give them your money, they're bunch of crooks! Greedy and pathetic.!

Refrigerator is very good. I like the feature that let you see through the door and the knock on glass feature so the light comes on.

Bottom drawer should not open from bottom bit cumbersome to reach all the way to the floor to open drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this last October after our fridge of 20 years died. I LOVE this refrigerator! Lots of organized space - glass front so I can see inside, and my FAVORTE feature: craft ice balls. These are wonderful for a good whiskey or just to make the kids' drinks fun. We did have an issue with the craft ice maker in January, but LG was quite prompt at sending us a replacement within 2 days, along with very easy instructions to replace it. Definitely a good purchase!

I have had this fridge for 2 months and I love it. I love the ice and water dispenser and I really love the fact that you can tap on the glass fridge door to turn and the ight on and see what's inside without having to open the door, thus saving energy and my electriv bill. I haven't found a use of the Wi-Fi capability yet. I do really like the large capacity.

We purchased the french doors all the way down and the top right one opens up for easy access- the refrigerator works great- it is large inside and the craft ice maker is amazing BUT DO NOT BUY THIS any LG REFRIGERATOR. One little tap and the outside is damaged- it does not take much- and it scratches and indents- we complained we just received the refrigerator and it looked fine no dents but then in a months time when you looked at it from a different angle there were dents like little circle indents all on the bottom of the refrigerators right door. we then looked to see if it was hitting something but it was not..could not figure it out - all if different locations it looks bad. My daughter put a magnet on it to hang a picture of the kids and it scratched all the way down- DO NOT PUT anything on it- it is VERY WEAK MATERIAL ON THE OUTSIDE AND NOT DURABLE- LG even with our extra warrantee refused in a months time to replace our right door. THEY ARE NOT WORK THE MONEY- BUY KITCHENAID OR WHIRLPOOL; we had a refrigerator for 15 plus years both brands and didn't have a scratch on it - sat in the same place. Such a shame because it works great but not WORTH BUYING. THE washer and dryers are amazing thought but DO NOT BUY THE REFRIGERATORS POOR QUALITY NOT DURABLE!

I am very disappointed considering we waited a long time to purchase a new refrigerator and within a month we have a dent or indents. We have no children just my elderly mother in the house. We cannot figure out if it is thin material or what is wrong. Meanwhile the 14 yr old one is in the garage with no dents. Hard as heck to keep clean. Would not buy again.

Great refrigerator. Everything works fine. Ice is great regular and round craft ice. Wifi hooked up easily and it stays a constant temp. I can tell from the phone app and from anywhere, even away from home. Home Depot delivery are prompt for delivery times and very courteous and professional. They did a great install. No problems.

I had to install it myself it was quite disappointing how the two gentleman that delivered it did not know how to install it. Then Home Depot should not offer free installation

The refrigerator is beautiful. The craft ice maker has been replaced twice in one year since purchasing. Everything else works as it should. I'm hoping that the cooling system keeps working as it should. I hear it's a new system also.

Overall we are happy with our new fridge. The inside is spacious and has a nice look to it and the knock feature is fun. I am trying to figure out how to keep dust particles from adhering to the lower front and showing so much. I have also dumped 5 trays of ice balls and they still taste salty. Once we get these little things adjusted I am sure it will be perfect!
