Perfect also to stock up in items so you’re not running to the grocery store every other day (needless exposure to COVID). There is a problem that the door goes almost to the floor. You definitely need to stand to the side when opening. Also it may have 20 cubic feet but shelf arrangement possibilities and the hanging down temperature control unit is definitely in the way. Therefore as an everyday refrigerator not so good.

Doors don’t seal, refrigerator won’t get cold, leaks 2 cups/per day of water into refrigerator, loud knocking noise, foam insulation leaking out, main metal bottom pan that holds engine and fan is bent, level doesn’t work!! Paid full November 3rd - today is January 15th. Nobody has come to my house to inspect and I won’t get replaced til they do.

Frosty replaced a GE Side by Side (Never liked the SxS) as our backup refrigerator for our LG French Door for over flow, beer and Ice Cream. We are extremely satisfied for the size, 20 CuFt, and the value from Lowes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My very old clunker of a fridge gave out. This refrigerator offers the same amount of refrigerated space and is smaller. I like the veneer on the outside and it makes ice cubes way faster than my old fridge.

Nice fridge, small and compact and worked great in my garage. Its basic but is super quiet and works pretty quickly. It was cold just an hour after plugging in. One thing i can confirm is there is no light in the freezer. Many LG people responded saying there is, but you can see in my picture there isn't. I purchased the white model if it matters.

Very happy with it so far in the month I've had it. Only con I can think of so far is it does mark easily with fingerprints (keep in mind it was a killer price), so you'll either want to clean them off often or just open the doors by the black trim, which is a natural feel anyway. I'm using mine as a drink and overflow refrigerator since my main kitchen one is not a French doors type. I didn't need another ice maker. If it was my main refrigerator, I might feel it needs a deli tray, since I buy a lot of fruits and veggies and need the other 2 bins for that. The top center of the fridge part hangs down for controls, so you won't be able to put tall bottles under that part (cans fit though), unless you lower that shelf. Great buy. Just look at the pics of the inside, and you'll see what I'm talking about hopefully.

The front of this refrigerator is not magnetic. The sides are painted gray not "stainless finish" like the front. With that said when I purchased the LG Electronics 30 in. W 20.2 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator in Stainless Steel with Reversible Door, Silver I was looking for a more affordable 30 inch refrigerator. My old clunker died and for me this was a leap into the present. It looks grest in my kitchen and is so much quieter than my old one I kept checking to see if it was working which it is. It has the same storage as my old refrigerator in a less bulky design. I definitely recommend this refrigerator to anyone not looking for bells and whistles like me.

I started search for extra freezer capacity but it seemed silly to spend $599 for 13 CF frost free upright white freezer when this SS combo with 6 CF freezer was same $ Special Buy very highly rated by consumer magazine. Easy to clean fingerprints off finish with a dry cloth and very quiet unit. So far setting 3 of 5 works well in upper and lower but far from full as primarily using to store frozen dog food (and serve as back up if 9 year old much larger french refrigerator goes out in kitchen as now takes weeks to get appliances delivered due to back order) . I'm not sure how sturdy the attractive clear door shelves are but will will rarely use. Like the look of no handle but both doors often end up open when opening one. Like other mention a light in freezer would be nice and have to get used to manual controls again. Besides almost 3 week delivery wait one hassle was that I had to buy a #17.99 ice-maker hose, in order to get delivery in to the garage of unit with NO ICE-MAKER, and unboxing/trash removal. THEN return the part to the store for a refund which I don't appreciate (no one else does this). Plus it was a big hassle to move the extended warranty out so started on delivery day; long call and then while said they extended, nothing in writing provided to document as they won't issue a new warranty.

Very spacious and it feezes food very qucikly and cooks the food quickly as well. I love my new LG Refridgerator. The vegetable bins are very large and the refridgerator is very nice to look at.

It looks like a small fridge, I was afraid my groceries were not going to fit.... but it was more than I was expecting. Good size and it looks great!!!!! Delivery guys went the extra mile to place the fridge inside my kitchen.... Thank you guys!!!!!

By far the look of this fridge is awesome I love the look stainless steel, just so disappointed, I don’t know why but the freezer takes to long to freeze up even my ice cream it has to do it over night to freeze up my stuff, and the bottom does not get cold at all my milk is warm it’s at the highest, can someone tell me if they are having the same issues , ?

The fridge looks nice and fits the space, but it would be nice to have one more set of shelves on the side of the fridge as there isn't a lot of space inside being obly 20cft

Quiet please with the refrigerator and quiet especially door handles built into the door and not sticking out.

Got off to a rough start but now I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Home Depot delivered our refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. The delivery people were a little early which worked out well. They were very nice also. The refrigerator works well and was exactly what I expected…. as advertised.

Brilliant fridge for our garage!

Fridge was delivered and plugged in immediately. It does not cool in the fridge or freezer. I waited 24 hrs and called support. She told me they wouldn't send a technician unless it was plugged in for 48 hrs. Called back after another day and he said I'll get a text in the next 3-5 DAYS letting me know when a technician will come. Who knows how long is will be after they actually text me. We lost all our food and they have no urgency. Good luck if you get a dud like I did.

This fridge stopped cooling after 4 month. And now ive been waiting for the customer service to fix it for 2 weeks (and still no date for fixing it). It is ridiculous to imagine that people can live without a fridge for 2 weeks and more.

LG perfect for our needs. First LG purchase and now need new appliances as in refrig and microwave and since experience great we will def purchase again!

NOPE. Did not fit from day one! NOT counter depth. Had since just before xmas and it is July and it has shat in its hat as in no electronic controls. It FREEZES everything on top shelf - lost milk, hummus, veggies. Now I have to pay for another refrigerator from another seller + $75 DISPOSAL fee for a 6 month old APPLIANCE never again - do not buy LG - shoulda stuck with cell phones. AND if you buy a white fridge - forget about the icemaker - WILL NOT WORK. Customer service from HD and LG a joke - off shore - can't even understand them. Zero stars. Avoid. WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY MORE APLIANCES FROM HD - DON'T LIKE OFF-SHORE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND! I will likely not shop at HD again because of this $hitty experience. BOO for the new CO - USE USA for customer service. AND shame on LG for selling such JUNK!!!
