    Warning I don't have anything good to say about it
    I bought this machine just over a year ago and I hate it. I bought it because I thought LG was the higher end of the washing machine family, I was wrong. I have nothing but issues with this machine. I wanted the mega capacity option because I do anywhere from 10-15 loads of laundry a week, from bedding, towels and clothing. I own an AIRBNB and cleanliness is my top priority. I can't do large loads and this machine does not fill up with enough water to rinse or get my clothes and bedding free of soap or dirt.

    faulty control panel, no longevity
    washer died after 2 years... the power button stopped responding, and I even called a specialist and told me that even if I replaced the panel (which is no longer in production), it would probably keep dying. We tried putting a piece of foil where the button is like people do on youtube, and that didn't work either. this product is a dud.

      Need better mother board/ touch screen

After a lot of research I realized that this is a common problem with LG. I would have hoped that LG would have looked into the issue and helped its customers by providing free corrective measures. These units a very expensive and I was hoping that they would last me longer then 2 years.

      Extremely disappointed
      This review is very similar to many earlier reviews. We bought the LG WT7305CV washing machine in July of 2021. In November of 2023, less than 2.5 years, later the control board malfunctioned rendering the machine useless. The washer and part are discontinued. I am not surprised after reading these reviews. LG obviously manufactures inferior washing machines and found it necessary to get out from under this defective product. I will never purchase another LG product of any kind again. This is a very damning testimony for a major appliance manufacturer.

        I really like it, but you need to READ THE LOADING INSTRUCTIONS. I put something very flimsy at the bottom of a bunch of heavier items, and the (rather large) flimsy item went under the agitator and was chewed to bits. Very messy getting it out and it ended up breaking some plastic bits off the bearing - but still works!! Also, it's QUIET and plays a cute little song at the end of the cycle (which can be turned off).
