Set up was so easy and we have been enjoying our spa since day one. We really enjoy the choices in lighting when we are in it at night. And having the option to change which jets are on is AWESOME and super easy to do. We've been asking ourselves - WHY did we wait so long to buy this awesome spa.

Finally, your own hot tub- that you can afford.
Cons: Don't try using paypal credit offers (6mo same as cash) to pay for the purchase: Home Depot puts a hold on your card (instead of charging it) while you wait for the unit to ship- typically 3 weeks. Paypal credit will only allow a 10 day hold, so at the end of 10 days they cancel the purchase- which causes Home Depot to cancel the order- leaving you no option but to pay by regular credit card if you want to keep your sale price. I recommend Home Depot's in house financing if you would like to spread out payments.
Pros: Everything about the hot tub: The ease of installation, the quality of the product, and the joy of the experience are all great. The 40% off sale puts this product in the reach of ordinary hillbillies like me and have recommended it to my friends.

Great Purchase
I love this tub. I've had it for about four weeks and I am completely satisfied. It is easy for two people to roll it into position. I installed mine on the EZ Hot Tub Pads. The pads work great! I installed it right on the grass and used pebble stones to balance. The jets work great! The water temperature may drop a degree after an hour but it does not make a difference. When you first get the tub, it will take overnight for your tub to get to a temperature of over 100. Keep the tub covered and let your tub heat up over night. Once your tub is heated treat your water with a SHOCK of your choice...Bromine...and get ph Increaser and decreaser. Also there are a variety of aroma therapy liquids to add. Love this tub!

Great deal on a very nice hot tub!
No real set up, just drop, fill & plug in! It is nicely finished and easy to keep looking good. Only slight glitch is keeping the chlorine level correct... I am thinking the ozone generator is part of the chemical reaction going on. I need to add only a very small amount of Cl but I have to add it every three days or so.

Perfect fit for winter fun
My wife found this on sale at 'the Despot' (as we very fondly refer to it!), and it's the best investment we've made all year. We've had a concrete patio for 15 years that just sat and collected leaves, now it's the center of our outdoor cold-weather time. Plug and Play straight off the truck, and constructed beautifully (and solidly). A definite recommendation for anyone in the home spa market. This one is perfect for our family but I'd unquestionably buy one smaller or larger knowing what a quality product and great value it is.

Have had the spa for about a month and use it daily. Love it! It is simple to use and understand. The jets are strong enough and the light works well and is enough light that we enjoy using the spa at night with no other lights on. Wish the waterfall feature was over a seat so it could fall on shoulders, but that is the only thing I am not impressed with. To be one of the least expensive out there, it is surprisingly good. I got a set of RV stairs with a handrail and platform at the top and that works well for getting in and out and setting my stuff on. Delivery was great, on time, courteous and helpful. Great experience all around. Highly recommend the product and the service.

Easy to install. Just barely fit through the front door but it fit. The cover came damaged but Life Smart are replacing it. I liked that it came with an ozonator. TIP. Turn the waterfall off after using it and putting the cover back on because it will spray lots of water under the cover and out of the tub. Learned that the hard way.

Excellent
This does everything you want and performs like much more expensive models. I've had it over a year. Flawless. Keeps the water at 104. I wish I would have purchased it sooner.

Dead after 3 uses in under 20 days after setup!
We ordered this tub on 05/30/24; it arrived on 06/10/24. We were able to utilize it 3 times after the initial setup, chemicals, etc. The next time, on 07/05/24, it did not turn back on after tripping the GF plug in accordance with the instructions. Thus, less than 20 days after setup and 3 uses later, I have a $3K + dead piece of crap! Their guarantee is worthless! The GF plug, power cord, fuses, etc. are not covered. It's unfortunate because, despite its attractive appearance, it's junk!

Received my hot tub in 4 weeks,setup was easy and the tub came up to 104 degrees in less than 24 hours,The unit is easy to clean and we have enjoyed it for the last two weeks.Its a great way to relax after work!

Delivery
This review is more about the delivery process on this spa. You can’t pay extra to have it put where you want it. So you’re left on your own to figure out how to move it from front yard to back yard- and it’s BIG! To hire someone to do it is at least $400. Should have ordered this from someone who would put it where I want it!

Per the Pre-Delivery/Install Checklist PDF (which can be found and accessed on this page under Additional Resources next to the Product Details), your spa will be delivered at the end of your driveway or curbside. It is delivered on end, wrapped on a sturdy pallet for convenient placement. You will be responsible for any arrangements needed to have your spa placed in your desired location. It is recommended to consulting professionals who have experience moving large items or grab a few of your friends to help move to final location using a furniture dolly. ~Happy Future Soaking!

Hot tub is amazing!!! Well worth the money. Home Depot service Amazing. The 3rd party logistic company the worst ever. No call and don't answer their phone. The delivery driver Amazing he deserves a raise and then some.

Disposabble Hot Tub
We purchased our Lifesmart Hot Tub 20 months ago. The first year was fantastic, but as the warranty ended, the problems began. The vapor barrier in the cover has failed. The control panel has to be replaced. Then the tub developed a leak. Our repairman described these hot tubs as disposable because it's nearly impossible to accees the jets, hoses, manifold, etc because the tub is one large piece of plastic with very limited access. This leak will cost $1,000, if he can repair it.

Good news, there is a 2-year warranty on your cover. If the cover is taking on water weight, please contact our Customer Service team so the cover can be replaced under warranty at no cost to you. Please also have your Repairman contact us as well to address the leak issue. The plumbing lines and jet bodies can be accessed from the bottom. When we manufacture the shells, we make cutouts in the bottom of the shell and install the jet bodies and plumbing lines through the bottom cutouts. We leave these open on purpose in case a leak repair ever needs to be done. Your technician repairman should contact us for repair guidance as we can help resolve your issue. Plugs into any outlet and runs like a champ
This affordable hot tub has been in use for over a year. Zero issues, nice size, so many extra features and yet a very affordable price! We didn't need to run special wiring and it has been earning its keep! It has lighting options, a waterfall, an ozonator, 28 jets, and hasn't had a single leak or any bowing of the shell. We placed it on a crappy, not exactly level chunk of concrete and it has been perfectly fine. For the price it is definitely a five star hot tub!

Do not buy this tub.
Do not but this tub. I can not express this clearly enough. We have this tub for 18 months. started with a leak. Called a great repair company and he said it is unfixable because you cant access three sides of the tub. Most ridiculous design ever.
Save your money or spend more to get a better quality tub. If price is too good to be true it is.

Lid is to big for tub
This hottub was sent with a lid that was to large for this tub, I called them and they sent a new lid that was to large too. Then they said it was a defective tub that shrunk during cooling and there was no lid to fit and they have no solution, a too big lid causes heat and water loss, forms ice on the outside of the lid. I see they are still for sale, why does this not surprise me ?

Almost wonderful
After the hassle of set up and days of filling and balancing chemicals,we finally got in it to enjoy and found that the seating areas feel like 80grit sandpaper and will rub your skin raw! I reached out to the manufacturer and they said it is a defect and that I will need to use 100grit sandpaper to smooth it out. So I need to drain it, sand it, clean it refill and rebalance chemicals because someone didn't do their job during the manufacturing. So check the seating for smoothness BEFORE filling
