These downspout adapters that connect the 4-inch pipe to the downspout of the guttering works very well good fit easy to install no glue needed

This fit all the different downspouts I tried it on, the rectangular part is fairly universal. The round connects to 4” drainage pipe. You might need to use screws to attach the fitting to the gutter downspout, dependent on use.

Like many of the reviewers I found that the downspout side is too big -- 3 5/8" x 2 5/8". I ultimately ordered Genova model 46234.

I need a lot of these for making pollen feeders for honey bees. They are prefect. the problem is getting them. HD will let me order all the other parts on line but to get the adapters I have to go to every store in the area to get enough to do the project. Before the Covid hoax shut everything down I was looking to order 200 maybe it is a good thing that we had to cancel because I would have had to go to every store in Texas to get enough parts.

It worked great but there is a little space around the standard down spout pipe. I have not found another connection that fits better, but the gap could bother some.

2"x3"x4" are the stated dimensions. Three out of three dimensions are off by an inch. But who would care about fit in a product like this?

While this is a good quality part, I too found out it does not work for me. I needed a fitting like this that fit into the mouth of a Y that connects to a 3 inch pipe and a 3 inch clean out. This seems designed to fit over the 3 inch pipe itself. So, it did not work for me and Home Depot does not sell the part I need. Other reviews said this but I had not read them because I didn't think you need to read a review of a part this simple. I rated this as an excellent part because it seems well made and the fact it does not fit my application is my fault.

It worked out pretty well for our application. It would be better if it fit exactly with standard plumbing fittings, but otherwise it was good.
