This adapter is one of the best that I have used.

Quick fix. Only problem was clamp on a 5/8 inch hose was difficult to attach. Clamo should have been deeper.

Turned my hose was 1/2” so was the wrong size.

Would be nice if screws were a little longer I had to squeeze together with channel locks to get screws in other than that works great

This item was exactly what I wanted when I went looking for it, I didn't want the other type that has wings that you close around the house when you get the tube part into the hose. Plus you have the added benefit of tightening the screws all the way down to where it's very tight and you know that it's not going to come off under pressure. After taking off the sleeve that was on the original hose, it ended up matching the male end of the hose. I was afraid that it wouldn't match, not that it mattered; at least the hose was still good for summertime use.

Stopped the leaks on my gaursteed for life hose.

It worked fine. It did exactly what it was designed to do. A simple to install item for a simple fix and a lot cheaper than a new hose!

Did not even want to give it a star. Broke on installation, cheap components.
