This towel ring in good quality with a nice black finish. Nice size for hand towels and would work good for TP if the opening can face opposite from the toilet. It looks great with the other towel bars and installs easily if you are DIY handy.

One of the finishing touches of the bathroom would be the towel holders. I wanted something modern and also shiney chrome. I went with a big name brand in Pfizer and a nee system called "ClickLock." Never again. I used the paper outline, leveled it, and used the screws and anchors that this came with. When I tried to "clicklock" the fixture on though it failed big time. You have to set the top of the holder on the ledge then lever it down and click on the ball. However, the amount of torque required pulled both of the anchors out of the wall causing a huge mess. I took this piece of crap off and patched the wall. Whomever thought small anchors would be a good idea to apply down and out pressure on a drywall was so very wrong. Now, I'm back to waiting for it to dry, sanding and touching up the paint. I'm so disappointed.

When I purchased this towel ring, I didn't read the box. I was looking for an open toilet paper holder that would accommodate the mega rolls that are so common now and thought this would be a nice fixture. After it was installed, I glanced at the box and found my pretty new fixture was meant to hold towels! No problem. It works just great as a toilet paper holder!

Because of the way the towel holder attaches to the wall, it will not stay level. Every time the towel is pulled, or removed and re-hung, the holder swings slightly askew. Really annoying. I wish I had bought a different brand.

From start to finish this literally took all of 8 minutes to install. When you unpack this towel rack, the sleekness of the design stands out. This is easy even for the basic of DIY'ers. Looking over the instruction and tool required. Simply locate a place where best suits your needs mount the mounting bracket. Snap in the towel rack. That’s it, that simple. Brushed nickel look is elegant. no ring to flop around just throw your hand towel on and Walla ready.

Every time I think bathroom hardware can't get any easier to install, someone comes up with a better method! Pfister has made it really simple to install their product. The towel ring comes securely boxed, and there were no flaws on the metal. The parts packet is taped to the inside packaging and contains the bracket, screws, and wall anchors. And no tiny set screws! To install, I simply held the bracket up to the wall where I wanted my towel ring and used an ice pick to press through the holes. Next step, I used my handy stud finder to see if I was going to need wall anchors. I did, so using my drill, I created the holes and lightly tapped in the wall anchors using my hammer. Then I screwed the wall bracket into the anchors, ensuring it was placed "UP" as indicated on the bracket, being sure not to over tighten (or the towel ring won't fully snap into place). Last step, tilt the towel ring slightly towards the wall, hook the top lightly onto the wall bracket, and then snap down into place. Hanging this towel ring took me no more than 5 minutes. The instructions are very clear, with decent diagrams. The parts are easy to install. And it looks wonderful on the wall. The Venturi towel ring has very modern squared lines and an appealing brushed nickel finish that matches our decor perfectly. And it has plenty of of coordinating hardware -- robe hook, 18" and 24" towel bars, toilet paper holder, and even a bathroom faucet.

Great sturdy & easy to install. Will buy again.

I ordered two of them for my kitchen.They were easy to install and look nice. They seem to be good quality.

Sturdy, I like the clip on version instead of using the little hex bolt underneath like most.

I'm loving the black and white look of my bathroom update and this fit in perfectly!

Looks amazing and feels solid, even with the new easy install hardward. No more tiny screw to tighten.

Towel falls off,hard to install

The mounting bracket is rock solid on my wall, but the towel ring still wobbles and twists when you touch it. Do yourself a favor and buy something that has set screws to hold it in place on the bracket.
