We actually used this product as the bath tissue holder. It was easy to install, and complimented the other hardware nicely. Sturdy.

I used this towel ring as a toilet paper holder too. I thought it was easy to install, I especially liked that it did'n require a pattern for installation. The product didn't snap on as snugly against the wall as I thought it would, but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

I'm using it as a toilet paper holder. And bought 2 more for hand towels each side of the sink. It fits a roll nicely. The best part of it is that you can place a wet wipe package on top of it.

What can I say, it's a towel ring..! Well constructed, smart looking, matches my other fixtures.. I'm happy with it...

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I can't get any of these "snap-on" style fixtures to lock in tight. They're screwed all the way tight. When the fixture clicks down onto the bracket there is way too much play in it. You can wobble it around with your hand.

Looks good in the package but is a cheaply “Made in China” bar that is not solid but a stamped or cast form. The mounting device may be easy to install but don’t plan on removing the bar from the wall to replace or relocate it without first having to damage your wall by pulling the entire unit off including the mounting plate and screws. Does not have the typically set screw mounting system. I returned two after opening the package only to find these issues. Save your time and look at something else.

We love this towel bar in our half bath. It is fashionable, and matched the other brushed nickel hardware we have in the room. A super sized toilet paper roll works just fine.

Looks great but not fit snug against wall so feels cheap. There is no way to adjust with new clip system what happened to the adjustable screw that is on most units? Im planning to return.

The ring does t stay snug on the base. Followed instructions and the bar moves a little side to side with bath towel weight. Moved it to a hand towel position and it works much better

We bought one to see if it would work as a toilet paper holder and it does! Looks great. Will order another one to use as a towel ring.

I consider myself a pretty good handyman around the basic repairs and installations. We bought a new vanity and a Pfister faucet to fit it for our bathroom, which is a decent looking product sp we decided to get a matching Towel Ring and a Towel Bar. I only had to open a Towel Ring to realize that the mounting clip, when installed properly, could never allow it to be replaced. It is designed to click in and removal would require a demolition of the wall, even though one of the answers given by the customer support said "You would hold the unit by the base and would then pull up and out to disengage the clip." Bull!!! You will pull the tile of the wall if it is completely engaged. WHAT A SHAME! Such a nice looking product! Taking them back to Home Depot tomorrow. What happened to user-friendly designs? Did that also go to China and down the drain together with the quality???

Very easy to install. It is sleek and unique Like the square look.

1. Phister makes some really BEAUTIFUL products but then you open the package that beautiful product came in and see a worthless hanging system. Had to purchase better anchors inorder for it to stay in place and not fall off the wall. (The anchors included were wider than the screws..) 2. I am using this as a toilet paper holder and it truly works the only thing I would ask is that you design more of a "hook" at the end like the Pasedena model so the roll doesn't fall off when pulled by a child :)

This towel ring looks great & is easy to install. This has a ClickLock mounting system versus the traditional set screw setup. I have not had any problems with it but I have seen several other reviews that have, which concerns me. With this system, you attach the bracket to the wall & then snap the the towel ring onto it. Installation took me maybe 2 minutes at the most. Very simple & clean.

The snap on feature is easy to use but doesn't keep the towel ring snug to the wall. We are taking this and the other 3 accessories back to Home Depot and picking something else out that doesn't use the failing snap feature.

I like the look of this towel ring, but the bracket that attaches it to the wall is poorly designed. You're left with a loose towel rack that wiggles and you can't take it off the wall easily without bending the bracket and damaging wall. For the price I wouldn't recommend this.

I put this in my updated bathroom and it looks awesome! Very good quality!

Pfizer is using a new snap on system instead or the old set screw. The snaps don't secure the pieces snugly, so they move around and rattle.

This was the look I wanted & it is beautiful for the price. We had problems from the first try with installation. We ended up keeping 1 towel bar because it appears to fit how it should. Every other piece we installed (same day, same person behind the screw driver!) and none of them would fit tight to the wall. It would only take 1 kid to lean/pull/press on any of them & they'd be on the floor! I believe it's the 'snap on' feature that keeps this product from being great. Home Depot gets 5 stars for their ease of return of all the pieces.

The Pfister Venturi bath towel holder is as easy to install as advertised. Everything you need is included in the package except your own few, simple tools. The brushed nickle finish and contemporary design is what attracted us to include it in our remolded bath. The installation process so easy, you wonder why no one came up with it before. There are no tiny screws you tighten to faster the holder to the wall plate. Just place it and snap. It's on.

This was the simplest installation I've ever had! We had already installed a towel hook but didn't quite like it so we replaced it with this towel ring. The towel hook also had the click-it system so all we had to do was take it off and click! The new one was ready to go! It matched our brush nickel towel bars and faucet so now our bathroom is complete.
