Product as advertised, good price point. All attachments and instructions available

Package delivered damaged, small dent in round side of barrel. Unfortunately, I was not at home at time of delivery, so could not refuse. Also, need NOW, so no time to take back and re-order. Otherwise, what I expected.

The barrel is great. The stand we ordered with it not so much. The barrel does not fit on the stand that the website recommended.

Not sure if the product is defective or if this is how they are supposed to look. but we just recently purchased 2 50 gal barrels, after the first good rain the back of the barrels are bulging out, we are afraid that could bust. At this point I would not recommend them.

After a rain with the barrel full I was disappointed to discover that the water from the barrel would not fill my soaker hose.

Only a small flow of water, (raising the height did nothing), which necessitated a watering can and many trips to water the plants. Saves water but wastes time.

Bulges in back and doesn't fit stand. The product looks great from the front but has a noticeable bulge in the back when full. In fact it bulges so much that it pushes tubing into the diverter so that it is angled instead of parallel with the ground. The another extremely annoying thing is the base doesn't fit in the stand made for this product. When full it appears stable but we also secured it to the post with a strap so it didn't fall over on one of our little sons. We would have returned the product it our remodel hadn't taken so long and we missed the return period. We have our product on the corner of our deck so the back is more visible than if it were immediately adjacent to the house. However, I'm glad we don't have it up against the house because I really think the bulge in back would make it tip over, particularly given the mismatch between the stand and barrel base. The flat concept is nice but the round barrels are probably safer. Would also avoid ordering online so you can verify in person the base actually fits the product.

Would I recommend this product, there isn't a 'maybe' to select from. Product arrived, opened the box, the entire front seemed to have paint or what looked like the coloring of the resin dripping when it dried or some other type liquid stained the product between the middle bans. I returned the barrel to the local Home Depot for a full refund, called customer service and reordered for a > than 50% discount.

It is a planter and rain barrel all in one, looks nice, flat back you can put it against a wall, enclosed so no mosquito's and comes with a diverter kit. How can you not love all that!!

I didn't know that I couldn't use it in the winter and that it wouldn't catch all the rain coming down the spout.

It was easy to assemble and Yes it does collect a lot of rain water and that’s what we wanted. I definitely recommend this product.

Outstanding product.

Easy installation

With the unusual weather this year, I was not able to tackle this project until this morning. The barrel looks just like the picture and the instructions provided were very clear. It took only about 45 minutes to install, most of which was spend on the ground preparation. It looks pretty good and it is my hope that it will last a number of years. The planter on the top of the barrel was not exactly what we were expecting. As there is no drainage for the planter, I believe that we will put a small potted plant or two with plastic trays that we can easily empty as needed.

Received the barrel within a week or ordering. Installation was fairly easy if you follow the instructions. The only gripe I have are the small plastic shavings left in the barrel that you can’t pull out (I tried for an hour) but they should have no effect on the water flow. Overall, great buy.

With no remove able lid it makes it. Impossible to clean inside.

So far so good. The only criticism I had was with the ordering process. Once I chose the barrel, Home Depot recommended purchasing a brass spout upgrade, which turns out couldn't be accomplished without ruining the barrel, and a stand, which turned out to be too small.

It is still winter here and not in place yet. But out of the box, it is beautiful. Can’t wait to set it up!

Very poor quality. Would have disintegrated within two years had I not returned them. I expected a actual whisky barrel not thin plastic

Love the rain barrels. Perfect height and sits up nicely against deck for gutters. We did have one damaged in shipping but not product fault (box not damaged when received must have happened in assembly line). No problem getting replacement.

I have not had the opportunity to connect the barrel up yet, winter weather. the directions are easy to follow and I believe It will work perfectly.

This is a great looking addition to my garden
