After breaking 2 shovel handles this spring, I was ticked off, went to buy the 2nd most expensive option, store was out, so bought this one. Purposely didn't even look at the total. Didnt want to know. Rock solid. maybe felt the handle flex once, might have been my imagination. It really does dig in easier with the 'razor edge', even in hard compacted earth.

Very sturdy and make digging holes for gardening much easier.

Very well made, used it for cutting through grass to take up sod. Did an excellent job, the step on the top comes in very handy, and works great.

Very nice shovel. Large kick edge in it makes for easy plunging. Handle is strong enough and tells you when enough is enough.
