Both broke within the 1st few weeks. Yes, we have kids that aren't easy on anything but $300 out the window. Great locks, but buy the warenty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, he didn’t fit into the existing door hole, I had to make adjustments to install. The finger touch keypad did not work from the beginning, That that was a main attraction when I bought this. Now I use only the keypad to open the door

I never really got this to 100%. It doesn't retract all the way. Even after waiting a long time for a repkmlacement spring, it hasn't fully worked since I first got it. I have to go up and down with the handle a few times until it works. The mail people hate it and have now resorted to throwing my packages over the fence.

Is not to good. Problems with finger touch. Rest works perfect.

Works well and seems to have improved fingerprint recognition and better Bluetooth range.

Wonderful , no more looking for keys. Downside the handles protrude far to far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd read quite a few reviews with the same problems I'm having now and I thought perhaps it was user-error but it seems this lock doesn't last very long. The keypad no longer lights up, the fingerprint reader doesn't come on, and the handle only works when you turn it up, not down. Everything worked great for a month or so and now it's junk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything went well. My only complaint is that the fingerprint reader is not very good (as are most), so everyone uses the code instead, as it is faster. YOu can probably get rid of the fingerprint scanners, unless you make them ALOT better.

Works great for outdoor use. Although sometimes the rain makes the finger print not always work but other than that 10 out of 10

This is one of the best locks I have ever purchased. Wish I would have bought this months ago. Love the handle and the fact that it locks immediately after opening.

The lack of capability of remote locking/unlocking without the need for an extra device is an inconvenience.

Don’t buy this product. Since brand new, when the finger print is scanned it shows UNLOOKED but the unlocking mechanism don’t engages and the door of course won’t open, most of the time I have to scan my finger for 6 to 10 times for the mechanism to engaged so the door unlocks. Don’t buy this crap

Easy to install, connecting to Wi-Fi took several attempts. Will not recognize my finger print but my partner has no issue with that feature.
