Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's Express Delivery?

Select items arrive lightning-fast with Express Delivery, a same-day service that delivers directly from your store to your door. Ensure your order is placed by 4 p.m. local time for delivery. Your order's eligibility depends on local stock, driver availability, and item size. Check if you can get Express Delivery when you set your local store in The Home Depot app or online. Qualifying products will feature an Express Delivery tag in your shopping cart and at checkout (excludes bulk orders, custom mixed paint, and aerosols). Express Delivery orders may be subject to additional delivery charges.

What home repairs should I make before summer storms hit?

Be confident your home is set for summer temperatures by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. On your home's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture gets in the crevices, you might be dealing with damage.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Why should I get a generator?

Restore power in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the free Kids Workshop this month?

Head to our Kids Workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on 10/3/26. Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this cool pint-sized witch candy box. Assembling this useful organizer is a great way to hone creativity, listening abilities, and fine motor skills. Team up with your little ones to make this fun craft while supplies last.
