I am so pleased with this tool. It cuts well and easily. I highly recommend it.

I didn't think it would cut some of the bigger limbs, but it did! The saw is sharp, so I'm sure it will work there as well. The telescoping feature holds well. Very happy w/ it.

Good tool light weight durable and easy to operate.

using fiberglass makes sense for stiffness and weight but they should have used more durable inserts made of materials that are durable for the holes that hold the locking pin

This does work great, the saw does leave a bit to be desired, but the power lever really does a nice job and with practice the saw does work good. Lot easier then climbing a ladder to trim

The tool works well. Over all I see only one possible problem. The rope which operates the trimmer, could be of better quality. I’ve used the trimmer several times and the rope is already showing wear. Down the road it will have to be replaced. Overall I feel it’s a good tool and works well in spite of the quality of the rope. I just want people to be aware of the possible future problem which will need repair with this trimmer.

The clipper and the saw really work and have been a big help to us in caring for our trees.

Was a real challenge to put together - the nut was not turning and I had to find a tool to get it to work. I find the blade useless on cutting the thicker branches - I'm talking the 2-4 inch size not super large size branches. The rope pulls thru the under 2” size branches only - and even then it’s tough. All that being said, it was very helpful to trim the smaller branches on the tree. Just wasn’t all that was needed. The price was acceptable for the product.

Awkward- difficult to use when reaching higher limbs, which is, of course, why I bought it. I’d take it back if I could. It is sharp though!

Had some dead branches we needed to cut from.out tree. This worked extremely well and, with the extension pole, reached quite high up in the tree.

I love the easy for use. The length was great, I didn’t even have to use a ladder for the job. The saw was pointless in my opinion. But the blade was very sharp and it made my job very easy. You need to add a more efficient saw on the newer models.

I did not like it. Too hard to handle and very hard to pull the rope. Using the saw was even worse.

It does works well for what I got it for

This pole pruner is a very nice tool for pruning hard to reach branches. This tool eliminates the use of a ladder which makes pruning trees much easier and safe. The tool works great and is easy to use.

I've owned a Fiskars pole saw before and got great use out of it. But not this one! The pole broke while my adult son was using it for the first time. I don't enjoy flushing $50 dollars down the drain. I do not recommend.

The knife blade doesn’t do its job, cut 0 job! The spring is not hooked well and tight! The screws on both sides for the saw blade are not stable to hold the zig-zag saw blade that after few pull and push on the branch, the screw was loose and the zig-zag saw blade was also loose! Over all, can’t use both of the knife and saw blades. The safe is not there either because the spring fell off cannot easily with no affects, the screws turn loose and cannot hold the saw blade. However, it’s lightweight.

I like almost everyone else am having trouble with the lock holes in the fiberglass pole wearing out from repetitive back and forth motion.Need to use better fiberglass or metal inserts in the lock holes
