Easy to extend, the attached loppers are handy and the saw itself cuts great. The blade doesn't fold down without removing but for the price very happy with this pole saw.

Literally trimmed every tree on our property. Saved a lot of money and added some sun to flower beds. Was skeptical, but after learning to use it,it worked great. Good saw for the money

I'm very satisfied with this tool. The Fiskars pole saw takes little effort to operate. I have an electric pole saw, but it's too much work to get it down, add oil, add the extension cord, and adjust the chain when I only have small branches up high to trim. I have two giant live oak trees that often need a simple clean up. This one is obviously lighter than my electric pole saw, so it's easier to maneuver and requires little effort for the small cuts. The telescopic handle tightens up easily. It has a good reach and is not top heavy when the pole is extended like my electric pole saw. The store pickup process was quick with no issues.

Always enjoy visiting my local Home Depot. The saw Fiskars Pole Saw was very helpful. It did meet my expectation.

The hole that attaches the saw to the pole wasn’t big enough for the bolts to attach it.

Great extension, however, the pruner is not very sharp or dulls quickly.

Easy to assemble and easy to use, it’s worth the money

This tree pruner went beyond what I expected. I cut my tree limbs down with ease. For the price this tree pruner did the job and saved me a lot of money!!!

I really liked this tool. It has some weight to it (my hands & arms were tired after tree trimming). The only issue I had was being careful not to get the long cord jammed in the pulley. I had a time getting the cord back on the pulley but I still like this tool better than renting one! I haven’t used the saw yet but it really looks sharp.

Overall great deal. I have two big trees I need to prune, did a great job. Would recommend for a homeowner. Should hold for a few years.

Pruner worked well as expected. It struggled a little with branches over 1", but was controllable even when fully extended.

Excellent tool for around the house ? five star

I was on a fully extended 12/24 orange extension ladder, about 3/4 of the way up. While sawing a branch the handle of the pull rope went between the 2 sections of my ladder. I believe that it should not be sold with a handle at the end of the ull rope. Let the user do what they want with the end of the rope. Leave it loose or tie a knot, etc.. and I went to move the saw around and with the handle caught.. I was not expecting the tool to stop moving. I had the saw fully extended also. Great blade on the saw blade itself, neat design. Thank you

I had a 10 foot version of this that had some age on it. I needed something a little longer and saw this 14 foot unit on sale so I bought it. I liked the extra length, liked the system to lock in the lengths. It cut limbs well. Downside were: 1. the wing nut was impossible to screw off by hand and I had to use vise grips to remove it to put on the blade. 2. you can not store or use the unit without the blade facing upwards, my old unit can be reversed out of the way when not needed. 3. the pull rope is thinner and when using it the rope gets caught around the blade, around the upper mechanisms and it will not allow you to operate the cutting blade so you have to bring it down from the tree and manually untangle it. It seems that the design should have been better and fiskars is usually pretty good about their design.
