Was very easy to apply.. Great quality for the price

After a couple of weeks, the paint eroded off in San Francisco rains. Save yourself the hassle of recleaning, and use silicone sealer paint.

Covers easily, dries fast, lowers the heat inside my camper on sunny days, and sealed all small leaks.

Good product easy to use!

Applied yesterday. Hoping for it to meet expectations. Easily enough rolled with thick nap roller and long handle.

I have use many roofing products. The preforms as well or better as products twice as much.

I have central air in my mobile home, but the air conditioner couldn't cool the inside to a temperature that was cooler than the outdoor temperature without running continuously. I applied Henry's 287 to the roof of my mobile home today and for the first time this summer, the inside of my mobile home is cooler than the outside temperature! My air conditioner is running much less and the mobile home stays cool. Only time will tell if the product will last the advertised 7 years, but at this point, i have no reason to doubt that claim. Had I known this product worked, I probably would've used Henry's 887, which has a lifetime warranty.

24 hrs after application, not expecting rain, but it did rain and most of the product just ran off the roof, down the gutter and all over my driveway. White paint everywhere. It was dry to the touch last night and back to liquid state again today. It was applied to clean almost flat asphalt roll roofing, as per directions Not impressed and not sure what to do now.

After just a little practice, it applies easily and looks very nice on our double wide mobile home. Well worth the work

I have a rubberized roof and the initial coating wore off a long time ago,. The roof was long over due for some kind of treatment. I chose this coating, the SOLARFLEX WHITE ROOF COATING, based on several of the reviews. It seemed to work in terms of reducing the internal temperature of the rooms, so I thought I would give it a try and I'm very glad I did. Not only does it work but it was a breeze to apply. I used a roller with a 3/4" nap. If you just follow directions and realize you do not have to be able to eat off the roof in terms of cleanliness, you will do a great job. You might have a question in your own mind in terms of coverage, but the coverage is excellent. I did 3 coats on 1000 sq ft and used about 10.5 gallons, two pales worth and some from a third. If you lay it on thick, as you go, you might be able to get away with doing 2 coats, but I took it easy, not knowing what kind of coverage I was going to get. The rooms are definitely cooler and I feel I extended my roof life in the process, which makes it an excellent product in terms of usefulness and value. By the way, I never had to mix it, which was a bonus and it took about 1.5 hours per 500 sq ft to apply the first coat and about 1 hour to apply each of the last 2 coats. You can easily do 2 coats in a day. For your own sake, don't do it in the middle of the day, though.

I had to use (10) 5gal containers to coat my 1400sgft flat roof in Monrovia, CA, I applied three coats and it does make a big difference, not only is it a lot cooler but it much easier to wash it down the leaves that collect in some of the corners. I could plug the drains in the roof fill it with water and have a 3 foot deep pool on my roof, great for floating around on on a hot summer day, how cool would that be? It would also make a good advertising space that could be seen by passing helicopters and airplanes.

I just purchased a trailer that had been neglected. I rolled on 2 coats and it looks great.
