Great looking product. Easy to install and works great.

Easy to assemble even though it did skip a few steps in the instructions

I was very pleased with this product and beautiful decor!

I bought this for my new house that was finished in October of this year. Now after less than two months the faucet has developed an occasional drip after being shut off overnight. It does stop after the water is turned on and then off but starts again a few hours later. The sprayer head is extremely difficult to reseat in the spout, it requires being in the exact position to get it to retract fully. This design flaw makes for too much fiddling in a busy kitchen! All in all I wish I had done more studying before I bought this one.

Works well, but I'm afraid that the pull down would eventually bend the spout over time.

The first faucet we purchased had a defective cartridge right out of the box and wouldn't flow hot water. After returning the first, the second leaks out of the handle. Poor quality internal parts.

Installation was easy, works fine, looks good - done. Next Honey-do item, please.

Great choice to replace a more contemporary faucet that was less quality and less sturdy! It is better quality

Install process was fine, finish is good, rustic bronze matches (or very close to) "oil rubbed bronze" finishes from other manufacturers. This was one of the few 'dark bronze' kitchen faucets in stock at our Home Depot, so not a ton of options. We are always in the kitchen and our faucet gets a lot of use. Looks nice and we like the simple design. As others have noted, when you pull out the faucet in 'sprayer' mode, it does not fully retract on its own, so you must push the sprayer the final half inch into the faucet. There is a 'notch' in the head that pairs the head to the arm, so thinking if those don't match perfectly, it doesn't fully retract. Also noted on other reviews is the nozzle buttons. We are on our second nozzle (first was replaced by pfister, kudos to them for easy replacement and good customer service), but the second is experiencing the same issue. The button to change the water from spray to stream gets stuck in 'spray' mode. You can pry it out the button, only for it to get stuck again. I see other reviews with the same two issues, so this seems to be a design/manufacturing issue. Given that this faucet prices similar to nicer brands (delta/kohler/moen), was hoping this wouldn't be something we have to continuously deal with.

Spend the extra $20 and get one of the magnetic return faucets. This one drips out of the box and is a pain to get to return to where it’s supposed to on the neck of the faucet.

Easy to install and looks great

Great .. Worked over 7 years in my kitchen its having heavy trafficking use.. so brought the same again.

I am in love with the look of this faucet. However I have a few issues with it and can not find a number to call to see if this is normal. Installed it a month ago. When running water on the stream it has a leak on the back of the head of the faucet. Hard to explain, but as the stream in coming downn another drip comes down also on the back of the head, is this normal? Also when we tested the retractable head in the store it moved right back into place. When we installed it now we have a small silver area that shows and we have to align it perfectly in order to get rid of the silver spot? Is this normal. Can someone advise me if I should just return it or if this is normal to this faucet.

Work fine, but the weight system for faucet head is clunky.

Easy to install, works well.

This was alright at first. It has two flow buttons. One stopped working within a few weeks so I returned it and got a new one thinking it was just a one off situation. And now the button gets stuck all the time and I have to use a small knife to get it unstuck. Not to mention the pull down doesn’t easily go back to the normal position, you have to finagle it to get it back in. Don’t buy this.

My dad and husband were able to install easily.

I was expecting a better quality for the cost. When you pull down the hose it’s doesn’t go back easily. I’ll never buy another.

Easy install came with tool to tighten it down.

We bought this and the head has been stuck on spray. We contacted the company and got a replacement. Guess what... Stuck

Had to buy this, because the twin handle, with a sprayer we bought was was wrong for the granite counter tops we had installed. Wasn't sure about it at first, But...I Like It!!
