This is a decent faucet, however, I am a little disappointed on the way in which the sprayer snaps back into the cradle. I guess I should have looked for the magnetic style. The sprayer does not easily align, or reengage the faucet, and I am always looking for the detent to align and engage.

It works with ease and very stylish for the money. Good remodeling purchase to update kitchen.

Installed unit in my kitchen. it immediately leaked from the hot water line inside the faucet housing. I called the 800 number they informed me it would be 7-10 days before I received the replacement. I will never buy any product from this company again. I now must buy a replacement faucet so i can have water in my kitchen fro the next 10 days. I will then need to remove the temporary faucet and install the new one. So, a 2 hour job is taking 8 hours with no assistance from Pfister.

The faucet works fine and looks great on my granite countertop and copper sink!

Great looking and functioning product. Really adds a great aesthetic. Very strong flow. Plumber had to install it for me, my pipes underneath were totally rusted and difficult to remove.

This is our 2nd Pfister but this one seems to be a little more thought out. Love the nut wrench it came with. The base barely fits over the 3 predrilled holes in. Much improved faucet latch and ball mechanism. Wife doesn't really like the handle being on the side-constantly drips water from wet hand

Works great and look even better.

I like the color. It matches my handles, however the faucet head must snap into place and seems to get stuck if it does not align properly.

Not worth the price. If quality is important, then spend an extra $30 on a diffrent brand.

Garbage. Owned for a year and a half and this is the third time that the sprayer head has malfunctioned. No longer allows for a stream of water - only the spray. Pfister has been accommodating in sending replacement heads, which are easy to install, but shouldn't fail so easily. Definitely worth spending the extra $20 for a known brand.

Faucet is stylish and functional. Lifetime replacement is a statement as to the quality of the product. Price was very reasonable.

It had a couple of parts missing.

It was installed only to be taken back out because there are pieces of plastic stuck in the hot water line and I don't have hot water coming out. Its beautiful to look at but sadly doesn't do the job

This is an excellent faucet. I might have liked on with soap dispenser better. I love the bronze color.

super easy installation looks and works great love it

After about one year of owning this faucet, the heart spray function would stay locked in position. This was very frustrating and I had to replace it. Also, when you pull the faucet out, it is hard to reset it back in place.

The only issue so far, is that you have to push the sprayer back up or it just hangs.

Nice faucet. Good quality and looks nice. The adapter that connects the hose to the sprayer is metal and gets really hot. Sprayer holder is a very precise fit, which is kind of annoying. You have to make sure to reattach it just right after use or it will hang down. Most models don't require that.

The spray nozzle does not retun easily into it's holder after using it.

THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE MUCH TENSION TO RETRACT THE SPRAY HOSE, THE OVERALL QUALITY SEEMS LACKING; MATERIALS SEEM INFERIOR

I purchased this faucet in 2015 and recently had a issue with water pressure. After the customer service dept. sent me replacement parts, it still was not working. Pfister ended up sending me a complete new unit!! Works great! This is truly great customer service!! When they say lifetime warranty they mean it!!

This is a great addition to my renovation. Makes the kitchen look great.

We had purchased another faucet at Home Depot and it gave very little pressure. This faucet looks great, has several spray settings, and has wonderful pressure. It is definitely worth the purchase!
