It arrived with a broken part. So as to not go through a hassle, we bought the part ourselves.

The door was great however, do not buy the recommended hardware! No control over closure speed. Cannot hold door open to bring in packages like groceries. Must prop open. Large expanse of screen that you cannot use to prop open the door. Wish I had not taken the recommendation on hardware! Lauralea

The door was well packed and easy to install. It will add plenty of beauty to our entry.

The door came with everything (hinges, knob & closer). Fit perfectly into opening. I have already order anther one for the front door. Price is great and had delivery right to my house. A+

I'm very happy with my screen door. Installation was simple and I was able to reuse the hardware from my previous screen door. Installation will take two people, one to hold the door in place while the other sets the screws. One very nice feature is the solid panel at the bottom, which discourages the cats from climbing it, which is what ruined my last screen door.

the door is good but why doesn't it come with the hardware its not right that you have to purchase this separately

This was not what I wanted originally, but the one I wanted was not available. I thought this would be too gaudy for my rustic home but now that it's up, it's gorgeous! My handyman was very impressed with it, and had it up in a reasonable time. I love that I can open it without dealing with a latch. That makes it much more accessible with a load of groceries. It did seem to shrink a little in the very cold weather and didn't fit as tightly, but I didn't leave the door open then either. Hoping the warm weather will expand it just a touch. And if not, we still love it.

Worth every penny..............we will be returning the door closure we purchased because it is not really needed. The screen door itself is made very well and we get a lot of compliments about how beautiful it is.

Loved the door - however the 32" door had to be cut down to fit our 32" opening - Was a little difficult for us-door uneven on on side. Holding up well.

I love the door and now that it is installed it's great. However, make sure you order the hardware that you need! Real surprise that the hardware wasn't included!

make sure you order these separate items: sdhw (screen tight) hardware kit for hinges, pneumatic closer and door latch. This way you can install your door, have it close softly automatically, and have a handle that opens it and locks. You need that if you have animals or children.

The solid core vinyl door is very sturdy and looks great. When originally ordered, the hardware was included, but because I had to return the original one, the new shipment did not. Too bad they make you buy it separately now; that just adds to the cost. Overall, very happy with the door.

1st, Customer service rep was very helpful when ordering. The instructions for installing were easy to follow. Had to buy the hydraulic closure seperate, but pleased with it. Love the look and quality of the door. The door arrived on time. Shipping & handling added about $50 more to the cost of the door, but all in all, I'm very satisfied.

I liked this door until after it was installed I noticed that the screen was ripped. The screen was actually installed at the factory and was pulled to tight which made the screen tear along the spline. Needless to say I was very disappointed. For the money I thought it would come with a replacement screen, it does not. I will need to take the door off to replace the screen.

A screen for the front of the house can almost destroy the personality of the house.....this one catches your eye and adds a touch of charm.

This screen door adds a lot of charm to our front porch. We had to trim a little off the bottom to fit our doorway, but it was easy to modify using a skill saw - it's white all the way through so you can't tell where the modifications were made. It was easy to install using the hardware kit; however, it should be noted that the kit is sold separately and should be ordered along with the screen door. The drawback of the hardware kit is that it has a stationary (non-moving) door knob so there is no latch to keep the screen door tightly latched. Due to the springs in the hinges the door does stay closed, but having a latch would have been ideal. Overall, the door is beautiful and lets in a lot of fresh air. I highly recommend this screen door.

The door can be fitted to the opening just like a wood door using the same tools. It was easy to do and looks fantastic. This became the perfect accent to the house I'm restoring. I highly recomend these vinyl doors.

Received very quickly, although my husband would have been happier if he could have seen one of the Screen Tight products before we made the purchase. We went to the local Home Depot, but none of these products available in store. It is beautiful, and everyone asks where it came from. Don't forget to order the hardware package that Screen Tight also has (available only on line) with the spring hinges and door handles. We made do by getting some hinges at the local hardware, but would have preferred the set available on line, but I didn't want to wait another 5 days to put up the door.
