Q:Hi, can you use this product with any other lawn weed control product? like Scotts Weed & Feed.

    Answer This Question

A:  Sure, I've had success with using this fungicide simultaneously to my St Augustine grass along with herbicides. Typically though, allowing one product to work within the plant roots best it can for about a week to realize maximum benefit, then applying another product for another purpose (weed control) is preferable.

A:  Hi, Bonny. BioAdvanced Fungus Control For Lawns can be applied as soon as your Weed & Feed product has been watered in (if applicable) and dried. -Madison

          Answer This Question

          by|Aug 22, 2022

A:  Put down on the affected area and extend out an additional 2’. The amount to use depends on the spreader used. I follow the guide on the bag.

            by|May 14, 2023

A:  I've only used it to cover the whole yard. This is what I would do in this situation. I'd apply this small area with my Scott's drop spreader per products settings. The easiest solution is to buy this product in the liquid formula and just spray the area.

              by|Jul 25, 2024

A:  Depends on what you are spreading it with. The bag details what to set your spreader at if you are using one. If needed, you can sprinkle it by hand - but I would recommend using a disposable latex or nitrile glove, as well as a face mask.

A:  NO. Read the info provided by the company on the packaging or Google it. There are fungicides specifically intended for use on vegetables. This is for your GRASS.

A:  BioAdvanced Fungus Control For Lawns has only been tested and approved for use on lawns for listed lawn disease. It should be kept at least 3-5 feet away from anything edible. We do offer foliar sprays, such as Natria Neem Oil, that will treat listed fungal disease on all edibles. -Madison

                      Answer This Question

A:  Hi Chris! Unfortunately we do not have data for that particular spreader but I can still help with a recommendation. The goal of the product is to apply 3 1/2 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. when treating an active fungus. We would recommend selecting a lower setting, not the lowest, but a setting under the halfway point in your range and applying evenly. Jessica

                        Answer This Question

A:  Hello William! A fertilizer may be applied after the granules have been watered in and allowed to dry completely however, please be aware that application of a fertilizer to an active fungus may stimulate fungus growth. We would recommend not applying fertilizer until the fungus has been eliminated. Jessica

A:  Hi, Carlos. It is not necessary to roto till the lawn before the application. We recommend applying 3.5 lbs per 1,000 square feet to the entire lawn as the spores of the fungus can spread. The product should be applied every 2 weeks until control is achieved. -Madison

                                    Answer This Question

A:  Yes! The active ingredient of propiconazole is rapidly absorbed by the assimilating parts of the plant, mostly within one hour of treatment. It is transported acropetally (upwards) in the xylem. This systemic translocation contributes to good distribution of the active ingredient within the plant tissue. Jessica
