This is becoming the worst shopping experience of all times. The staff are rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The store is cluttered, stock is everywhere making navigation difficult. Checkout takes way too long

I finally got around to purchasing my doors for the back my house. Both Joe and his female coworker went above and beyond the call of duty to not only get me the best price, but also the earliest delivery date. Huge kudos to this dynamic duo!!!!

I bought a refrigerator last July and just finished paying for it, interest free. This time employees helped me find an affordable 36" stove. Can hardly wait for it to arrive in 2 weeks.

Anytime I go to the Towson Store, the Sales Associates are very friendly and answer any questions I have regarding a product. Their Customer Service is excellent!

Sandra at the pickup counter was very helpful. I am 86 and can't stand too long, she got me a chair. She helped me straighten out an error I had made, going to the wrong store. and got me help to my car with my items. She did this while helping several other customers. She is a real gem.

Event though I know exactly what I needed, nobody could help finding then items in plumbing.

The Towson store #2504 has such attentive staff throughout the store who will help you with anything!!

I come in this store a lot . The staff are pleasant and accommodating. Yesterday Debbie and another lady with blonde hair and glasses made my day . Great customer service . Beware of Tina in customer service . She is rude and looks down on customers . She wasn’t helpful with printing my shopping pass so I can finish my purchase . She acted like she could care less until her manager Debbie came over and resolved the issue in 2 mins . Them after the issue she wanted me to go to the checkout with over 3 carts to re ring my items . As if I wasn’t already late for work after being there for over an hour . However my original cashier was so helpful she already reprinted my receipt and when I was trying to show Tina she dismissed me until Debbie told her to use the receipt and cash me out . Im very grateful for the manager and other staff . Tina on the other hand needs to be retrained in empathy , customer service and courtesy.

Its good to see some of the old staff there and service seems to be doing well.
